Rehab Rockstar

Nominate a Rehab Rockstar

The Rehab Rockstar award recognizes a member of the rehab team — inpatient, outpatient or support staff — for excellence and compassionate work performance. The Rehab Services leadership team reviews nominations and submits them to the Rehab Services Steering Committee to select the winner. Each Rockstar receives a lapel pin, certificate, traveling banner, a sweet treat for coworkers and a $50 restaurant gift card.
