We know that medical expenses can sometimes be confusing, especially if your circumstances involve several different bills from your doctor, the hospital, the lab and other healthcare providers. Our team is here to provide assistance and support to you when you have questions or concerns about your bills.

Online — Our online payment portal allows you to complete your payments in just a few clicks. With no username and password to remember, you can:

  • Set up credit/debit card or ACH for recurring and on-time payments
  • Sign up for eStatements and see past statements/payments
  • Choose email, text or paper communications
  • Receive digital reminders and receipts

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions

NKC Health partners with ElevatePFS to provide free financial advocacy for uninsured patients who have incurred medical expenses with us. ElevatePFS patient-focused approach identifies the most appropriate assistance from a variety of resources that can help you pay for your medical bills. You may have been referred to ElevatePFS for outreach if you've had a recent visit at NKC Health with no insurance listed on file, or were identified with additional coverage needs by a financial counselor.
