Coverage may be subject to ACA/Exchange plan contracting within the Kansas City Metro area (Kansas and Missouri). Plans issued in other states may not be accepted.
NKC Health Primary Care Gashland, NKC Health Express and NKC Health Total Weight Loss are exceptions and do not participate in these Medicaid plans. Not all NKC Health clinics may be accepting new patients at the time of inquiry.
