Scholarship Reimbursement Program
NKC Health employees and volunteers can continue their education with help from an Auxiliary scholarship.
Eligibility requirements
- Enrollment in a health-related program and either of the following:
- Work as an employee of NKC Health for at least one year; part-time on-call is not eligible; however, PRN
employees are eligible.
Or
- Be active in the adult volunteer program at NKC Health for at least 100 hours of accumulated service within the prior calendar year. Volunteer service must continue until reimbursement is paid out.

Submit application and supporting documents in one of the following manners:
- Electronically: Scan all documents and submit by email to Mary Koch.
Or
- Drop off: Submit a packet with all the required materials to Bret Oleszczak, supervisor of Guest and Volunteer Services, located on the first floor of Building 2790 in Volunteer Services.
All application information must be received by December 30, 2025, at 3 p.m. Recipients will be notified no later than January 31, 2026. Scholarship reimbursement certificates will be presented at a later date.
