Jacqueline Hawkins took very good care of me. I had excruciating ear pain, she checked all of my vitals, checked the ears, said they had not burst but were bulging. She prescribed an antibiotic, suggested fluids and rest.I appreciated her kindness and attentiveness. I would feel good about seeing her again. Thanks for the excellent care.

I went to the walk-in clinic for only an earache which as we all know is very uncomfortable. She took the time to listen to me ramble on about things that were irrelevant to my visit. Very patient(no pun intended) with me. Explained what was going on and why and how to try and prevent this in the future. Would highly recommend her.

If you’re unable to get into your PCP I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. Just make sure to call ahead and make an appt. Professional and compassionate care.
