NKC Health Continues to Rise Among Nation’s Elite for Consumer Satisfaction

Online review and customer sentiment monitoring company Reputation recognized NKC Health with its 800 and 900 Awards. The annual awards recognize providers and clinics that go above and beyond to deliver quality patient care, actively respond to consumer feedback and place customer experience at the core of every interaction.

This marks the fourth consecutive year the number of providers reaching or exceeding the 800 benchmark has increased. NKC Health currently has 135 recipients for the 800 Award. In 2022, the first year the health system partnered with Reputation, only 34 providers scored 800 or more.
The health system’s Reputation 900 award winners – the highest level given by Reputation – have also grown significantly. When the award debuted in 2025, NKC Health had one recipient. A reputation score works much like a credit score. It aggregates online sentiment in several categories across different channels of feedback.
Overall, the health system boasts an average online rating of 4.8 stars and 10,687 reviews submitted. Of these reviews, 95% are positive. All health system locations have at least a 4.0-star rating, reflecting consistent positive patient interactions.
