About Me
I was born and raised in the wonderful town of Hays, Kansas. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Human Biology and concentration in psychology. I completed medical school at the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed my OB/GYN residency training at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Kansas City has been my home for over a decade and I look forward to continuing to serve the patients of this community.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, son, and two dogs. I also enjoy practicing yoga and cheering on the Chiefs and Royals.
Care philosophy
I am passionate about providing patient-centered and evidence-based obstetrics and gynecologic care. My approach to patient care is rooted in open communication, collaboration, and patient education. The best part of my job is getting to know each of my patients and helping them determine how to best meet their individual goals.
Areas of interest
I enjoy practicing and providing all aspects of OB/GYN care. My interests within the field include (robotic-assisted) minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, high risk obstetrics (such as vaginal birth after cesarean and twin gestations), management of uterine fibroids, preventative care, contraception and menopause.
