Always easy to talk to and gets to the problem
The office it’s self is very clean and office staff is very polite, but concerning Dr. Krumm his very polite very knowledgeable. And what ever he can’t do he will make sure to find the right person that can and than follow up to make sure you got in.
He takes time to talk and doesn't have his nose in the computer the whole time.

The nurse began the process and was doing everything correctly. Dr. B Krumm came in we over everything. After listening to my lungs, he a raspy sounds coming from them. Told me I would need to another medication by inhaler for 30 days. The nurse came into the room, to give me a flu & covid booster shot. I reminded her about a cream that I was running out. She got the information to dr krumm and then came back me and told the prescriptions will be sent to CVS on N. Oak & NW Barry rd. I found out later that one prescription was sent ( the cream) but the inhaler was not. I tried to contact the doctor but everyone had left.
I’ve been going to Dr Krumm at least 15 years now. When I get sick my anxiety flares up bad and unfortunately my health is not the best. Dr Krumm can completely calm the anxiety within—I’m the type of person that you don’t have to describe the action plan in great detail to me. I just need to know that you’re going to get me some medicine and it’s going to make me better. He does that for me. His nurses are both competent and nice too.

Dr. Rozella Ranes and Dr. Jeffrey Leurding are both phenomenal doctors, although Dr. Ranes has a tendency to be very late to scheduled appointments. The staff is very caring and nice at this facility. The pharmacists even remember my name and have my prescriptions ready and waiting for me. A major issue and the reason this facility earns 3 stars instead of 5 stars is there is no way to e-mail them, and you cannot leave a voicemail on their phone. The only option you have is to wait until the next day or contact an emergency doctor. Also, the magazines are wack and the water fountain is sometimes broken. Their scale also says I'm ten pounds heavier than I should be, you know how it is.
