Got in quickly on a Sunday morning and was seen by Ashlee, the nurse practitioner. She was a good listener and treated me accordingly. I left and was going to have to follow up with my primary to get a lab test done on Monday. Ashlee went out of her way and verified that they had the test and it could be used. She then called and asked me to come back for the test. I went back and she took the sample which has been submitted. I appreciate that she cared enough to call me back and get it submitted. I was unable to get an appointment with my regular PCP and the office informed me of the Meritas Express option which I had never heard of before and had always used CVS Minute Clinic prior to this appointment at Meritas Express. I was impressed with the quick ability yo get am appointment and that theyvhave later hours of operation. The Nurse Practitioner, Ashley Mendez was very helpful and easy to talk to. I had a fairly easy reason to be seen and she verified that I was correct on the issue I was having and was out the door within 30 minutes with my prescriptions ordered to be picked up. Total time for my visit and prescription fill was only 1 hour. I will continue to use this location as a quick option to be seen in the future if I am unable to get into my PCP office.
