I recently had a hernia repaired by Dr. Holly. She also removed my gall bladder a couple of years ago. Dr. Holly is so friendly and nice and she always makes you feel very comfortable. She has a very genuine smile that puts you at ease. In the world of surgeons, she does not make you feel rushed and spends the needed time with you to answer your questions and make you feel confident. I have zero reservations about recommending Dr. Holly and she will be the first one I call should I ever need her services again.

Dr Holly has been nothing but professional and a blessing to work with. Multiple times has she got me into her busy schedule and always given me her undivided attention and care. She even went above and beyond with my situation and had me tested extra after my surgery, uncovering a genetic condition I didn’t know anything about and I’m 30+. I’m now going to get properly treated instead of playing catch up when there is tumors and I’m too late.

Impressed by both Dr. Holly as well as all of her staff. Above and beyond helpful. I also want to single out Rebecca Baldridge. She is amazing! Helpful. Took her time to answer my questions as well as provide me important information. Both the doctor and Becky are amazing.
Receptionist is terribly inconsiderate. I arrived on time, had my 6 week old baby with me. Receptionist scanned my ID and insurance card, then gave me paperwork to fill out about my medical history and current medications. I filled out the paperwork and waited for the nurse to call me back. Over 30 minutes passed, multiple patients came and left after my arrival, all the while I was pacing back and forth with baby trying to keep him calm and happy. I approached the receptionist to see why it was taking so long, she told me she was waiting for my paperwork! I thought this info was for the nurse, not her! She said "it's ok I'm going to go ahead and check you in anyway..." what?! Am I supposed to say thank you? She needs to check me in when I arrive! Isn't it a HIPPA violation for you to receive paperwork intended for only my care team anyway? She said "I'm sorry I thought you were still filling it out!" She can't be serious. Office manager never talked to me about it, no one seemed to care. I finally saw the doctor over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, unbelievable. No respect from this office for my time or the prep work it took to have a fed and sleepy baby for the visit, all for not. Doctor was nice but I'm angry at the staff for mishandling this. Response to your reply: Why wouldn't you just go ahead and check me in? There's nothing in that paperwork that I didn't already provide in the online registration I completed days before my appointment. Making me wait over an hour to see my doctor over some redundant paperwork is absurd!

With two family members with me she responded to all of our questions thoroughly, and in detail. We intended to only consult with Dr. Holly at first, but upon our initial visit, we were immediately taken by her listening/communication skills, her preparation for my initial consult and her extensive examination. I never felt like “just another patient” as she dealt with me with great caring and compassion. Following my biopsy, I believe Dr. Holly to be highly skilled as a significant incision has healed with no problem. The entire team she worked with from check-in to post-op release was excellent. Her office staff is also courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Holly and would not hesitate to return to her if needed.

Dr Holly is a superb doctor. We had a lot of questions and she was a very good listener. She took time and we did not feel rushed. On the follow up visit she answered even more questions. The procedure was supposed to be routine but when its you getting operated on nothing is routine. I had a good out come and would definitely use Dr Holly again. I appreciate her candor that surgery is not fun and you are going to have pain. That is life but better to hear it up front before the procedure and be prepared.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Holly. She has been very attentive, helpful, caring, passionate, and reassuring throughout every step that we had to take before and after surgery.
