Dr. Kosa and his entire team are absolutely amazing. I would recommend him above all other neurologists. He is extremely attentive with an amazing bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to and alleviate any concerns you may have. He addresses each question and all individual questions surrounding each topic. Together you will come to an appointment treatment based on both the patient input and his expertise. His staff is kind and patient. I have never had one person from check in to check out be anything less than professional and kind. They all have very personable personalities. They take the time to assist in any way possible.

I like the care of Dr. Kosa A LOT. HOWEVER, the process of trying to get my prescription Migraine rxs changed was NOT acceptable AT ALL. Having to leave voicemails for his nurse and never getting back to me for a whole week (the 1st time). I had to end up leaving a voucemail with the office manager (of which, she, herself NEVER returned my call regarding my complaint), but the nurse called me back THAT day. Then, a 2nd and 3rd time, I had to leave voicemail messages with his nurse and BOTH took 2-3 days to get back to me. In my opinion, that is UNacceptable. When you're having a Migraine EVERY.SINGLE.DAY... time is of the essence to get medicated AND CORRECTLY medicated. REALLY disappointed in how the practice handles cells that need to be returned

Not only is Dr. Kosa one of the BEST neurologists that specializes in migraines, but he is one of the BEST doctors I've ever had in my entire life! That might sound dramatic, but I have dealt with multiple chronic conditions since I was 18 months old so, unfortunately I have had my fair share of horrible experiences dealing with several different specialists. Dr. Kosa came highly recommended to me from a good friend and all of the wonderful things she said about him were absolutely true! He is down to earth, he truly listens to you, he never rushes me in any appointment with him, and he really advocates to make sure that I get the best care possible! I can hear myself scream!ing! The constant agony and pain-a lifetime of migraines and cluster headaches. They were often devastating, physically, but also psychologically. Then I met him. He made me feel like I was the most important person in the world! I finally felt that there was hope for my migraine and cluster headaches! Dr Kosa has an amazing ability to accurately diagnose problems (even some unknown) then confirm with scans or MRI. His staff ( Marla) then made necessary arrangements for corrective action. Once for immediate hospitalization for life saving surgery.

I guess patient health is not his first concern. Wife was involved in an accident with loss of feeling. They would not even see her. I asked why they would not see anyone with a medical problem like that... "Its our company policy not to be involved with anything that is in litigation"...that was the response.... In my opinion....that is a nice way to have 0 balls and really shows your priority of patient health concerns. Perhaps a study on integrity would be in order here?
After 2.5 years of daily pain, hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted, and NUMEROUS times hearing doctors say “everything looks normal, try this prescription”, Dr. Kosa actually listened and gave me an accurate diagnosis, without a single lab, in 30 minutes. I am midway through my third treatment, have 3- 4 pain free days per week, and continue to get even better with time. Also, Dr. Kosa’s caring demeanor unknowingly “treated” the hopeless feeling that other doctors had created.
Dr Kosa is an outstanding doctor has helped with seizures, memory problems and botox injections for my migraines. He always answers all my questions and willing to help me at all times. I presented to Dr. Kosa as very complicated case after seeing 2 other neurologists. My PCP told me to fire my neurologist and go with Dr. Kosa. I did fire my neurologist and saw Dr. Kosa. Within 30 days he had me diagnosed with a rare disorder started treatment and worked tirelessly the next 2 years to get my insurance company to approve and pay for the very expensive treatments I need. It paid off. I am on my way to being able to live a somewhat normal life. I thank God for him every day!
