I recently spent a few days in NKC hospital due to abdominal pain. Dr. Berghoff was thorough in making sure that the pain was not Cardiac in nature. Ended up having an EGD that showed a suspicious area ( possible marginal ulcer R/T the Gastric Bypass). I appreciate that he really listened to my issues and I was able to bounce my questions off him, and he didn't dismiss me. I liked that we agreed upon the future plan of treatment. Thank you!

Dr. Keenan Berghoff and the staff at TWLC are wonderful! Dr. Berghoff takes the time to actually listen to you and answer all your questions. He cares and makes you feel special. He actually saved my life by preforming the Duodenal Switch surgery on me in Aug 2022. I was a Type 2 diabetic who was on 5 Diabetes meds a day. I'm no longer a diabetic and don't take any meds for it. I also had high blood pressure and dangerously high cholesterol and I'm normal now and on no meds for either! I went from 207 lbs to 120 lbs in 9 months. I can never thank Dr. Berghoff enough! Fantastic doctor!!

After visiting 2 other Bariatric surgeons, in other cities, Dr. Bergoff was the only doctor willing to perform surgery because of a hernia. He did a sleeve surgery in November of 2017 and all is going well. I have lost 130 pounds, so far, and enjoying life so much more. He performed my Gastric sleeve 7 months ago which has helped me loose 130lbs so far (still loosing). I would recommend him totally! very caring and knowledgeable. He also removed my Gallbladder recently when I began having issues with it.
This Dr. saved and changed my life. he performed Gastric Sleeve surgery on me and I have lost 125lbs in 8 months and am still loosing. I went from being a very ill individual barely able to function to someone that can work again that can move with less pain that can interact with the world in general again!
