You’ve probably noticed some changes, from the name on the building to the look of our website. It’s all part of our evolution.
This new step as NKC Health isn’t just about a logo. It’s a strategic step forward that reflects who we are and strengthens how we connect with those we serve.
As we’ve grown, our brand hasn’t kept up. Only 23% of people in our primary service area recognized Meritas Health as part of North Kansas City Hospital, creating confusion and limiting our impact. The community wants a more unified, trusted system. They want to feel confident, not just in their provider, but in the system that surrounds them.
Our new identity reflects the care our teams deliver today and the health system we are becoming: inclusive, responsive and deeply rooted in the community. It’s about moving forward together with a shared identity that reinforces who we are and what we stand for.
I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished, and I feel even more energized by where we’re headed.
