March 16, 2026
NKC Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Christina Robertson, JD, MBA, as vice president of Human Resources. Robertson, who assumed leadership in late September, brings extensive experience in human resources, legal compliance and education.
“Christina is opening doors to foster meaningful, holistic connections across our organization,” said NKC Health President and CEO Stephen Reintjes Sr., MD. “Her impact has been noticed within just a few months. We’re confident her expertise and diligence will continue to make our teams feel supported, empowered and fully committed to delivering exceptional patient care.”
Robertson will drive strategies and programs that support every phase of the employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and compensation. She will also lead talent development and culture-building efforts to ensure a thriving and inclusive workplace.
“I was so impressed with the organization’s fierce commitment to supporting one another, caring compassionately for patients and serving the community as an independent system. I wanted to be a part of that team,” said Robertson, when reflecting on her first months at NKC Health.
Prior to joining NKC Health, Christina spent a decade at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in several roles, including strategy and innovation officer, vice president of Human Resources, privacy officer and OFAC/AML officer. Robertson was also an adjunct instructor in communications and media law at Avila University.
