Dr. Fox always listens to anything I need to tell him and shows concern for anything that I need. He is professional and to the point. The nurses are always very friendly and service is prompt.
Dr. Fox is easy to talk with and takes the concerns of his patient seriously. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr. Fox listened to my description of how I was feeling physically and asked questions to better understand the situation. He sent me to the lab for blood work and sent in a prescription to the pharmacy in hopes it would help while we wait for the lab results. I was pleased with this appointment and will continue to see him as needed. He has been my primary care physician for around 23 years.

Rushes through appointments and doesn't seem to want to listen to everything going on with you or issues that you're having. Has all information about you at his fingertips but expects you to remind him of what happened with past visits with him from years ago. He doesn't remember if he's already tried a medication with you and that it didn't work out. Why should me, as a patient need to remind the doctor that I've been going to for at least 10 years my history? They have all that stuff in their little tablets or computers. He needs to do better.
I was 10 minutes late because of weather but was still seen right away; sitting for less than 5 minutes. I felt that the nurse and Dr. Fox spent good time (not rushed) with me and thoroughly covered all my medical highlights. I received a COVID shot, flu shot, 2nd shingles shot, and had blood drawn. I left 32 minutes after walking in the door. A WOW experience for sure.

Dr. Fox and whole office is welcoming and comforting. I actually look forward to my visits. I feel like I’m talking with a long-time friend. Scheduling is easy and post appointment communication is top notch. I usually receive my lab results and Dr. Fox’s advice / recommendations within hours of appointment.

He came in and looked at my heel and decided to do a second culture as I had no results back yet from the urgent care I visited in Iowa while on my trip. I was on an antibiotic from that visit. Today I got back the 2nd culture and it showed negative growth so antibiotics were working. It appears to be healing. He then had his assistant redress my heel and she was extremely helpful. Very pleased with their care. Thank you!

As usual everyone was professional and concerned about my reason for being there. Very polite, professional, and efficient. I was there in about 11:30 a.m., and by 2:00 in the afternoon they were calling me with some test results. Great service. Thank you
Dr Fox has been our families physician since Dr Hayes retired from Gashland. My insurance changed so I tried another Dr who was ok but I came back to Dr Fox. He's the best at explaining things and easy to discuss personal issues with. He gives it to you straight but has gentle kindness. I wouldn't see anyone else, neither would mom or sisters family. We love him!
I am very disappointed when I left the office cuz I kindly asked that Dr Fox would get me out of jury duty and he refused to. And yes I may be looking for another doctor there at gashland

It was time for my yearly physical. Doctor's office called to schedule me. Lab and physical are done the same day which saves me time. Waiting for the doctor’s interpretation of the results of my bloodwork. Dr Fox is very informative and lets me know what he’s looking for and how to treat it.

I am not happy with my visit!!! If he would of looked at me, he would have known I gave a sinus infection and not covid. They had to do the covid test twice. They told me it takes 15minutes for the test results. They came back in the room only after 5 minutes and had to do a 2nd test. The 2nd test only took about 5 minutes and came back in the room and ask me to wear a mask. Then Dr. Fix came in said I had covid. I could either let it run its course or he could send in a prescription for Paxlovid. I chose the Paxlovid. Dr. Fox never even looked at me. Not happy at all! All I needed was an antibiotic. 😔

Dr. Fox was prompt with my appointment. He was thorough with my injury examination and explained the possible treatment scenarios depending on X-ray results. I got I. For x-rays immediately and had results the same day.

I enjoy visiting Dr. Fox mainly because he is very thorough, yet prom with his visits. A quality that is extremely important to me. I typically get to my appointments early and I still can't recall a single time I haven't been in and out within an hour. Most visits I would say are typically half hour visits. To me, that is impressive. As well as my leaving educated on my condition. For that I thank you and your staff Dr. Fox.

Was at my annual physical. Nothing was really done that I expected. He did not listen to my heart beat. Didn’t look at hands or feet. Did not check lymph nodes. Kinda disappointed. Only took labs and checked abdomen.
Dr. Fox was very thorough. He listen to everything I had to say and we talked about solutions to the problems. I have used Dr. socks for 20 years and my son to use him. He is a good solid doctor.
The wait time was only about 10-15 minutes. The nurse came in right away and did her tests, then Dr Fox was in there within 5 minutes after the nurse to check me out and diagnose me. I was only there for approximately 35 minutes. They are always very kind and caring.

Great First Visit! I just changed Dr.'s to Dr. Fox after moving. Previously I had tried one other doctor who had dismissed everything my previous doctor had said. I didn't like that, so I kept searching for a new Doctor, which is when I found Dr. Fox. They got me in quickly for a visit, brought me back early from the waiting room, and had me out in no time. I did not feel rushed at all and Dr. Fox seemed very genuine and kind. He asked questions like "Is there anything else I can do for you" which is rare of a Doctor. Usually they just want you out of the room, but he wanted to make sure all my concerns were addressed when I left. I'm relieved to finally have found a Doctor in my new city who makes me feel like I am getting quality care.
He listens. I can't tell you how many times he has squeezed me in his busy sked due to something that came up.
Dr Fox is very kind yet very rushed and non-committal to human interaction or the time to visit and find out more about the patient. Is he overbooked? Does he not care? What’s keeping the interactions to less than 5 minutes?

I've seen Dr. Fox for my entire life; he's been my primary care physician. I have respect for Dr. Fox but lately my doctors visits seemed to be a waste of time. Moreover, processes take too long and things don't get done in a timely matter. I also feel like I pay a lot of money just to see the doctor for 5-10 minutes at most. I understand he's busy, but I've felt "short-changed" lately.

I've seen Dr. Fox on a few occasions now for various reason, each visit I regretted my decision to see him. He always has an "Okay this is annoying, I have other things to do" type of vibe when speaking. Most recently I saw him for a back injury, with pain so bad I was unable to sleep at night even after taking several OTC medications, I could barely walk, and had to have help dressing myself. He wouldn't even do an X-Ray. He sent me home with a NSAID and said check back in a week...............
