Suzanne Clemons, APRN, FNP-C

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our five children, and our extended family. Much of our time is spent cheering on our kids at all their various athletic events, but we also love traveling together. Having grown up in Southern California, I feel most at home near the ocean, and one of my favorite things to do is riding a wave. I also enjoy running, practicing yoga, reading, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places and cultures. Whether traveling or simply gathering around the dinner table, I value the time spent making memories with family and friends.

My philosophy of care is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered approach that empowers individuals to achieve their highest level of cardiovascular health and overall wellness. I believe heart health is influenced by physical, emotional, social, environmental, and lifestyle factors, and that understanding the whole person is essential to providing exceptional care. I believe that by providing patients with education, utilizing shared decision-making, and evidence-based treatment, we can not only manage cardiovascular disease but also reduce risk factors, prevent future illness, and promote lifelong heart health.
