Savannah explained everything to me and and some things I needed to keep watching out for. She was very pleasant and she didn't rush me through the appointment. I didn't have appt but she had me come the next day because my feet, stomach were swollen. I felt relaxed with Savannah and she didn't rush me. My kidneys are showing some problems and I was scared that I have to go on dyalas and Savannah calmed me down and explained that I am not at that stage and that the medicine they want me to take hopefully will hold off kidney problems. No meds just buy a flonase and sinus rinse. Still was not told what i might have. She was not a bit concerned about how I felt like I was a nobody. I am very upset about this visit

Terrible! Appointment was due to hair loss and fatigue. Requested labs. I had to plead my case on why I needed labs to determine any underlying issues. You would’ve have thought I was seeking controlled medications. My symptoms were not taken seriously.

I really liked her. I saw for a recheck)told to have this done by nurse at CVS clinic 5 days before). Ms. Greene had me leave a urine specimen and sent it to lab. For culture. She gave me 3 more days of antibiotic and called me with results next day with instructions if symptoms continued to see my doctor. My symptoms are gone but I will take the next two days of meds.
