Sean P. Lacy, DO

I am excited to return to Kansas City alongside my wife and our two sons. We look forward to spending more time with our family in KC. When away from the office, we are busy with our children and enjoy spending time outside, exploring new restaurants, and watching Formula 1. 

Care philosophy

I believe in a holistic, patient-centered approach to care—one that recognizes the individual as more than a diagnosis or set of symptoms. Every person I care for brings their own values, beliefs, experiences, and goals to the table, and I view it as my responsibility and privilege to honor and incorporate these into every aspect of their care. 

Areas of interest

I have an interest in advanced cardiovascular imaging, such as 3D echocardiography and cardiac CT. These tools not only support early detection and precise evaluation but also aid in guiding therapy and improving long-term outcomes. My goal is to integrate advanced imaging seamlessly into patient care, ensuring that each clinical decision is informed by the best available data. This interest complements my broader commitment to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease.
