I was very pleased with my visit and time spent with Rebecca E. Jones, FNP-C during my visit at Meritas Health Gashland. The reason for the visit was a wellness exam. She was very professional and thorough. She showed a deep interest in my physical well being. Pointing out a few concerns I needed to address. Not only did she deeply involve herself with my physical well being and health, but she showed a sincere interest in my emotional state of mind. I greatly appreciated answering the questions she asked. Due to the fact she showed genuine concern while listening to my answers. While in her presence I could sense that I wasn’t just one of the patients she would be seeing that day, but was an individual that she wanted to assist and help in any way within her realm of responsibility.
The PA ( R. Jones) was patient, a good listener and showed appropriate interest in my concerns. She was thorough with her questions and was proactive with ordering blood work panels regarding my health.
This is a very personable caring and professional medical provider. I’ve been a customer of this clinic since the early 60’s… don’t, I repeat don’t lose this physician… she was awesome !!! Thank you !!! 🙏🏽
