Dr.Neil Moore has been my primary care physician for well over 18 years. He’s very thorough and is a doctor who is very careful with follow through on patients. His patient “bedside” manner is very kind and genuine. He listens and is always honest even if the things needed aren’t always what a patient wants to hear. I highly recommend him. I’ve also referred baby patients to him and they also have similar words of gratitude and say he’s an excellent well informed physician!
Doctor more always seems to be very knowledgeable the best thing for me is he always takes the time and listens seems to be genuine. Seems like a person you could just have a conversation easy going I always appreciate that him. Do worry if he ever retires cuz I keep hearing from other people and I know that's hearsay but they seem to say these newer doctors treat people like a number so I don't know. And also it just seems like as soon as I'm there my appointment they get me right in and get right out it's very fast. It does seem like mertias do excellent job for me anyway.

Dr Moore is awesome only doctor i trust
Dr. Moore has always been great! I’ve never had a bad experience with him. However, the front office staff is a different story. They are very rude, makes snide remarks and were not helpful at all! The 2 at the front desk have zero customer service skills! Also very unprofessional, I have a chronic cough and was made to feel like I had the most dangerous plague known to mankind! I’ve been going to Dr. Moore for the last 16 years and have never experienced this type of disrespect and rudeness. Again, Dr. Moore is great! New office staff, not so much!

I went to Dr Moore 10 years ago and my family loved Landmark Medical Center. Something was very wrong with me as I knew my body. He stuck with me, ran lots of random tests, told me a lot of different diagnosis (from super serious ones to not so serious ones), until he gave up and told me to my face, 'You're a young adolescent female. You're probably just dealing with some anxiety.' Well I moved to Chicago and not too long after the move I passed out, rushed to the emergency room and underwent an oophorectomy because of a 15lb tumor. He doesn't ask thorough questions or care to go past what he thinks could be the matter. I'm lucky to be alive, but it's no thanks to Dr Moore

Lacey and Dr Moore are both fantastic! They are very helpful and thoughtful. Nobody goes to the Dr to seek pleasure, but they are prompt and keep things quick and easy.
My scheduled appointment I set up online did not show up in their records upon my arrival but they were able to accommodate me easily. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Already feeling better!

No one seemed to care about my care and would not help me get simple answers or get simple treatment after spending 4 hours on the phone with them in pain after being told to call them by teledoc to get help. Was put on the “back burner” and was not contacted back. Tried calling again at 445 to try and get answers and they had closed early. Glad to see patient care is number one.
Did not have to wait to be seen. Was in and out in a reasonable time so I was able to get back to work. They addressed my concerns and answered my questions.

Dr. Moore would rather you tell him what you want, not him find out what you need. He may have knowledge, but he doesn't ask enough questions to find details and specifics. When I would bring up other issues that were appearing, I felt they were ignored until much later. I felt he thought I was just coming in for a doctor's note for work, not for my health. He is kind, and sticks with you, but he just didn't push for more details to make decisions. His staff is phenomenal though.

SERIOUSLY the best doctor in the Northland. I've sent so many of my friends to him and they all love him as much as I do. I have one friend who moved to California and flies back here twice a year to see him. He's kind, smart, compassionate and a real doctor who takes the time to help you. Just a great person. I'll never switch!! He's old-fashioned and will do his best to help you on an office visit without sending you to a specialist. He's just great.
