was very thorough about all my issues past and present on first visit. Visit lasted 40 minutes or so and that is the reason I switched to him. Also he is a DO so looks at my whole body and the issues it has had.

I began seeing Dr. Crim so soon after I moved to Kansas City, in 2021. I found him in a roundabout fashion. A friend had referred me to her doctor, who was in the same building as Dr. Crim, so I called his office to make an appointment. The receptionist informed me that the recommended doctor was retiring, so I asked her for one that was accepting new patients. She referred me to Dr. Crim. It was a good referral. It took me time to learn how he preferred to do things—which differed from how my former physician operated—but I soon realized that his approach was a good one. He is a knowledgeable doctor, and other people who are looking for a doctor should check him out.

Dr. Crim is extremely personable and presents a caring and thorough approach to general medicine. I was his last appointment on a Friday evening, he spent time discussing everything with me and just conversing with me. He made me feel heard and cared for. Nursing staff was efficient and effective with history and pleasant to converse with as well. Front desk got me check in and were very personable.

Above and beyond expectations
If you want a doctor and Triage nurse that won’t follow through and wont return you calls in a timely manner then Crim and Meritas Health on North Oak is the place for you. I have given him 5 stars in the past years but after my last two interactions with him and his nurse turned out to be the most stressful and demeaning time that I have had with any medical staff.
Absolutely one of the best!!!!! He ask questions and listens to you unlike alot of other doctors. Definitely would (and did) recommend him to others. Thanks!!!!!

One thing after another with him. I wanted to get my lab work done and then see him. Said I couldn't do that. Went to see him and guess what he wanted he wanted to take a new profile picture he said the one the office took made me look too old. He did call me and I told him he was not my dr any longer. I was told my another patient not to see him. Takes way too long to get your tests results back. Then blames the nurses for his mistakes. Live and Learn. Gone to that office for over 30 years and never had a complaint against anyone till this guy.
Will not go back to him. Doesn’t do what he says he was going to do for me. Miss diagnosed a fractured ankle.
on 1st visit i had hacking cough. dr did not even ask about it and did not look in my throat. Visit was rushed. dr left without good bye.
So very helpful on a weekend when I was dealing with two covid cases.
I always say Dr. Crim saved my life. Over the phone, he diagnosed my condition as Cauda Equine Syndrome, a horrible back issue which requires immediate surgery. He told me to go to emergence at once. I did and my recovery has been slow but I will always be grateful to Dr Crim for knowing about this condition and explaining the urgency to have it corrected. He now is my primary Dr.....thank you Dr Crim
