Dr. Mourot is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. His office "worked me in" for an appointment the very day that I called them. He actually saw me even earlier than my scheduled appointment. My appointment was for 11:10am, but I arrived around 10:40am. He was in the room at 10:50am, and I was on my day home at 11:08! Scheduling my surgery was an easy process as well. I'm very impressed!

He is amazing….. My journey started Jan 2023 at a different Hospital and Dr. I went through all my steps it took me 9 months. I was on a clear liquid diet for 14 days the last 5 days my Dr called me and gave me a ridiculous excuse and cancelled my surgery. I was devastated I couldn’t believe what was happening to me. I reached out to TWLC and I was welcomed with open arms. I just had a Gastric Sleeve Oct 31st. So please make them your first call you won’t regret it.

I had a double hernia that had suddenly worsened in the summer of 2021. Dr. Mourot saw me soon after I contacted the clinic and then got me scheduled for outpatient surgery very quickly. The surgery was very successful on both sides. I highly recommend Dr. Mourot and this clinic. He and the other staff including their nurse practitioner are very professional and accommodating. Also Dr. Berghoff did a successful emergency appendectomy on me in 2013 and likely saved my life.

Dr. Mourot did my Biliopancreatic Diversion with Duodenal Switch (DS) on July 9, 2019. He is a part of the team of wonderful surgeons and supporting staff at Roller Weight Loss and Advanced Surgery in Fayetteville, Arkansas and he doesn’t get enough credit as far as I am concerned. When I first saw Dr. Mourot, I was already five months into another bariatric program, one I was completely unhappy with and whose staff and team had earned my distrust with their behavior and whose support system was horrible. Dr. Mourot inherited this mess and I was up front with him about the problems I experienced with this other doctor and his “team.” There could be no missteps or I would just back out of the whole thing. That is just where I was emotionally when I went there at the recommendation of friends who were patients, one of whom specifically recommended Dr. Mourot and the DS surgery, which turned out to be the right choices for me.
