Biography

Outside of work, I take great interest in spending time with my family, music, outdoor recreational activities and trail biking.

Care Philosophy

It is a great privilege as a healthcare stakeholder to significantly impact and promote excellence in patient health outcomes by delivering compassionate, quality-oriented, patient-centered care. I believe that fostering teamwork, caring with collaborative communication across the care team, providing lifelong learning, and being accountable, kind and respectful are all essential elements in the framework of advanced practice nursing.

His introduction when he entered the room was phenomenal. He asked how I would like to be addressed and extended his hand to shake mine. He listened, asked questions, made notes and examined the areas of concern. I felt valued as he made an informed decision to have further test ordered to either confirm or rule out further issues that could be causing my ear pain. He also provided readily printed hand outs to refer to. When I left I felt he was going to help me get to the bottom of this. Thank you Jonathan
