Jessica Conant is great. I am sooo Blessed she took on new patients. She took her time with me & made me feel comfortable & cared about as a new patient. The whole staff in Richmond is wonderful. The front staff is amazing & when you walk in you feel comfortable when they greet you & how it is decorated so friendly & inviting. Angie checked me in at the front & made me feel welcomed. Nora was so awesome checking me in as a new patient. Bless her heart I took up a lot of her time and she was thorough, kind & patient with me. Kiesha did my labs & I didn’t even feel the prick or when she took the needle out. THAT never happens to me. 😊. Thank you all for making me feel welcome & comfortable. I’m very Blessed in finding Jessica & the whole staff.

Jessica seemed very interested in my problems. I've had a cough quite a while. She looked into my background notice. I'd had it for a while she gave me. I think the right medicines, hopefully everything will go away. She went into great detail into if it doesn't go away. We needed to look further. I felt very positive.

I went to see Jessica about an infected sore that concerned me, a diabetic. She asked how long it was there, how I'd treated it so far, & recommended that I change how I handled it, & prescribed an antibiotic. She was very good at communicating, asking questions & explaining things to me. & she was available at the time of my appointment. Overall, a medical professional that met all my expectations.

I was referred to Ms. Jessica after my previous doctor (who I really, really liked) left the practice. I don't like doctor visits, I don't particularly like doctors, Ms. Jessica put me at ease almost immediately. She listens, she makes suggestions & accepts patient input, she offers choices, she listens to your concerns. Most importantly, she LISTENS and actually HEARS what your saying. I highly recommend Dr. Jessica.
