I didn't appreciate being told that I don't have something because I'm not a smoker. I also don't appreciate being told I'm obese when I have lost over 200 pounds. If he would have taken the time to read my chart or give me more then just 1 test. His bedside manners need a good work over. Will not be going back to him. Would rather see his co worker that I did in the hospital.

Couldn’t have been better! I arrived 45 minutes before my Chest X-Ray appointment, and was seen immediately. Also arrived very early for my Dr Appointment, and was seen within 15 minutes. Dr Fieser was great! He listened carefully to the description of my symptoms, and then explained what might be causing them, and how he would proceed with treating them. I will call him in a month with an update, and a 6 month follow up appointment and breathing test were scheduled.
Dr Fiezer was great for my consultation. He explained everything we are going to do and about how long it will take to get things done. I'm very pleased with my experience so far.

I thought it might be a good idea to email your patients and tell them that you have moved your office from the 6th floor to the 12th floor.
Dr Fieser was relaxed and not rushed at all. He took the time to listen to, and understand, all issues and fully reviewed my chart before diagnosing. He was very thourough in explaining the diagnosis and is being very proactive in addressing the issue. Definatly makes my "good guy" list.

It is always a short wait. Then I see the nurse. She is always kind. Now the Docter came in. We always have a nice talk. Docter is always on time. I have never had a complaint.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fieser about a year and would never consider seeing another pulmonary physician. I am very impressed with his care. Not only is he a great doctor whom I trust completely, he is also very compassionate and caring. He is professional and takes his time to answer questions and always explains and keeps you informed of health conditions and plans for care. He personally called me to talk about test results and gets things done in timely fashion. He treats me with respect and is straight forward with me which I highly value.

First, the front office staff are great! I had double booked appts, not having my 2023 calendar with me. Shandria got me in the next morning! Dr. Feiser's nurse checked my vitals, answering my many questions AND told me how to remove and reassemble my bipap with the new component i received as the result of a recall. Dr. Feiser also answered my questions and patiently explained a change in meds that would help with my asthma. I felt fully informed and reassured. Would definitely recommend Meritas Pulmonary, Dr. Feiser and the great staff!
