About Me

Biography

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and four children. Reading is one of my most favorite hobbies. I also enjoy watching my kids’ sporting events and NFL games and spending time doing outdoor activities and at the lake with my family.

Care Philosophy

My care philosophy is to treat each patient as if I am caring for my own family member. I take pride in educating women and ensuring they receive the best care possible. I want my patients to feel confident and informed during each visit.

Area of Interest

I enjoy caring for women throughout their lifespan. My areas of interests include contraception education, breast health, gynecologic health and pre- and postnatal care.

Last May, I said “I think I have endometriosis. How do we go about finding out if that’s the case?” She replied “you won’t know until you’ve gone through a year of infertility”. Fast forward to today, I am recovering from endo surgery and have been diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis. If only she had listened to my concerns before these endometriomas grew… Also not a comforting thing to hear “I have to go through a year’s worth of infertility” when I am a member of the LGBT community and trying to get pregnant costs thousands for each round of IVF. I love most NPs, but endometriosis went way over her head and I was not listened to in the slightest.

Ashley was very patient and answered all of my questions. She was thorough in her examination, and how she explained everything to me. She did have to do a procedure that was pretty painful, but she was always telling me what and when she was going to do something, and when to expect any discomfort. She personally called me to give me the results of my biopsy and test results, rather than having the nurse call me with the results. I would definitely recommend Ashley Stuedle, FNP-C. If you need an OB/GYN then you should make an appointment with Ashley Stuedle!
