I am beyond pleased. At North Kansas City Hospital I needed good and direct life saving intervention upon admission. It was immediate, intelligent, and inspiring. After three near life threatening previous experiences with The Major you know team elsewhere I would like to to make it perfectly clear that I have committed my cardio care to all of these folks from the front desk to the highly competent, skilled and compassionate and incredible people that make this practice run with the Patient oriented philosophy that mega sized "Too many cook's in the big kitchen" is not very effective and is not personalized nor altogether adapted to each and every patient. From the initial get-go I have been treated as an individual with respect and compassion without regard to age. An important variable and factor when ageism is possible. As a combat war veteran, I feel nothing but respect and compassion with this medical group. Best I have ever encountered since Walter Reed as a POW. I have been very blessed with having these folks on my side. Professionally, the very best. Compassionately, the very best. Personally, the very best in the Midwest United States. She is a Hospitalist, whose appointments are for Hospital InPatient Followup (after the patient's dismissal from the hospital). IF she was available to see her own Patients in other capacities (regular ongoing Cardiology Care), I would be VERY EXCITED and EXPEDITE my request to immediately come on board as her ongoing patient !! It was a TRUE DELIGHT to CONNECT & feel (listened to &) FULLY ENGAGED & UNDERSTOOD!! I left their office with Peace, Happiness, & a Huge feeling of Sunshine & Song in my Soul!! THANK YOU!!!

Waited in room 1 hour when we ask water was going on, the LPN was very rude with us. Appt time was1:15 didn't see Dr until almost 2:30 not right, no one came in at any time to check on us. BAD
