About Me

I just moved from Omaha, Nebraska where I have lived most of my life. I have spent almost my entire nursing career in Women's Health. I've been a doula, a childbirth educator, labor and delivery nurse and have worked as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner since 2013.

I love spending time with my husband and all of our children, six to be exact. All of them are in college or living on their own. My husband is from St. Joseph where we currently reside. I would describe myself as an outdoorsy, fun loving, energetic person. I love to travel, spend time with family and friends and enjoy life to its fullest. I am also a pianist and come from a very musical family.

Care Philosophy

I believe every person deserves compassionate, inclusive, and individualized care. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where all patients feel valued, respected, and supported in their health journey. I prioritize evidence-based , up to date practice while tailoring care to each individuals needs, goals and identity. Guided by empathy and partnership, I aim to provide care that is not only effective buy also dignified, loving and patient- centered.

Areas of Interest
