Aimee Miller, APRN, DNP, FNP-C

I have been a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner since 2008 and have a diverse clinical background. After beginning my career as a registered nurse, I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2017 and have been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner.

My clinical experience spans emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, women’s health, clinical research and health and wellness, giving me a broad perspective on patient care across a variety of settings and stages of life. I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care while taking the time to listen to and understand each patient’s individual needs.

I strive to build trusting relationships with my patients and believe in partnering with them to support their health, wellness and long-term goals. As a patient, being heard and seen at each visit is a crucial element in your care. Being able to collaborate towards developing your individualized treatment plan will lead to improved outcomes.

I loved working as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Kansas while I attended graduate school. Working with nursing students to enhance their assessment, critical thinking and procedural skills was a highlight of my career.
