Dr. Mayer is kind, empathetic, and efficient. We never have to wait long to see him. He comes in, listens, and helps us make informed decisions about the care of our kids. We would recommend him to anyone we know!

Meritas Health Pediatrics is quick to get us in when we have a sick child, and we've always received excellent care from Dr. Mayer. He's spends plenty of time with us and takes our concerns seriously.
Dr. Aaron Mayer is awesome!!!! The whole staff is wonderful. I see why he stays busy, because he lidtens, and kind. You don't get the feeling he's rushing through an exam to get through the day quickly. I get the feeling he genuinely cares.

We've had a great experience with Dr. Mayer and staff. We were seen quickly after our appointment time, and the online check-in process was easy and efficient. Dr. Mayer listened carefully to any questions we had and did not seem rushed. He made our nervous child feel comfortable and calm. We would recommend to anyone looking for a good pediatrician.
Dr. Mayer is a great doctor. He is great with my kids, my 4 year old was shy when answering questions but Dr. Mayer did a great job of encouraging him and it helped him not be shy. He always tells me kids what he is going to do before he does it as well. The nurse and front desk ladies are always helpful and cheerful. Every doctor visit here thus far has been great.
This was my 9 yr old son's first visit with Dr. Mayer. Dr. Khaleighi left this office and we were so sad. We moved here in 2017 and she welcomed us with so much warmth at the Clay Edwards office. I wasn't really happy with who we were referred too. And after the visit last year asked for another provider. Dr. Mayer had excellent reviews. His smile and kindness he presented our first Wellness visit with him made me think about Dr. Khaleighi. He was very down to earth and my son just loved him! Thank you Dr. Mayer for showing our family such patience and care!

Dr. Mayer is the greatest! We’ve been with him for our child’s entire life and he always remembers small details that make us feel like we matter and is very thorough in his practice ensuring that he makes the most educated and accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Today, November 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm on the 1st floor, room 120 B, I came to accompany a work friend to an appointment for her physical exam and the assistant who treated us treated us very badly, I don't know if she had a bad day or is it because we are Hispanic, but she didn't let me be there with her to help her fill out her documents, so my friend is not very practical with English, she told me that I had to go out into the hallway and leave my Single friend, I'm not one to make these comments, but I don't want more people to be treated like this, we can all have a bad day and that's why we shouldn't take it out on others, thank you.
The entire staff is so friendly and kind! They get to know your family and apply what they know to best fit your needs.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Mayer is wonderful, as well as his staff. I literally can’t say enough good things about this entire team. He takes his time with our kids, gets to know us, & gives us valuable insight to our growing family’s needs. If you are in the market for a pediatrician, look no further! The other thing this doctor has going for him is he is young, so he will be around for a long time. Switching pediatricians is scary, & it’s nice to know Dr. Mayer will be around for years to come! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Meritas Pediatrics, from the front desk, to the doctors, to the nurses, you all do an outstanding job!

Dr. Mayer was very kind, respectful, and easy to engage with. This was the first time my son has seen him for care and Dr. Mayer put my son at ease by being playful and asking him questions. I love Dr. Mayer! He’s been my daughter’s only pediatrician since her first week of life. She’s now 7 years old and Dr. Mayer is always attentive and listens, he’s easy to talk to and takes seriously all of my concerns. He’s been there through sickness and health and even through this ADHD journey we’re taking and I’m learning about with my daughter. He interacts with my daughter and asks how she is feeling and what her goals are and she even asked him to do a checkup on her (stuffed) puppy and he obliged. He’s just really great all around and I would highly recommend him to everyone looking for a pediatrician.

I’ve seen him twice for my son. The first time he came in and didn’t know my sons name and just seemed flustered. This time he came in and it was great. He was patient and let my son play with the instruments because you could tell he was scared. Dr.Mayer is not our pediatrician but I would see him again anyday just based on this last visit. It was nice to see how patient he was and kind and reassuring when sometimes other docs are in a hurry and just don’t seem to have the time or patience to make a child feel safe and comfortable.
He was very kind and attentive. He looks out for the best interest for the patient.
I am so glad we found Dr Mayer 7 years ago, him and the office staff have been great taking care of our 3 kids, with non hurried attention and care. I will continue to recommend him/them and look forward to going here for years to come!

We have been with Dr. Mayer since 2016. I would not take my kids anywhere else. We do not live up north we live south west, but we make that drive just to see him. My son is very sensitive and has a lot of sensory issues and Dr. Mayer is so kind a patient with him. He explains things to my son and asks him the questions so he feels involved in his own healthcare. He has taken care of our other son since day one and is just as kind and respectful to him and his needs. I really could not say enough good things about Dr. Mayer
He currently sees both of our boys we have been seeing him since our first born so almost 2 years now. He never has a waiting time I LOVE HIS NURSE Lexi she is truly sweet and very good with my kids. I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else. He never rushes us out of our appointment and makes sure the kids are healthy and address any concerns we may have
My Son Is currently his patient he's been seeing him since he was a newborn Dr. Mayer is awesome he cares for my son he treats me and my husband with respect anytime there's a problem all I have to do is pick up the phone and call him he answered me back within 30 minutes or so I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a pediatrician

Absolutely love Dr Mayer! He has been our pediatrician for almost 3 years. Unfortunately his Clinic no longer accepts our insurance. We can always get same-day appointments with him and he's really good about listening to parents intuition. Never pushy or judgemental. Don't know if I'm going to be able to find a new pediatrician I like as much as him.
