As a patient of Dr. Ranes, I have had only positive experiences. She is thorough in her evaluations and explanations and she truly listens to her patients and is both caring and empathetic. Having dealt with chronic pain for nearly 5 years, I’ve seen over a dozen doctors and specialists and yet Dr. Ranes was the first doctor to find and prescribe medication that provided relief from the chronic pain which had become nearly debilitating and had resulted in severe depression and emotional distress. Easy check in and called back to exam in time. nurses were efficient and friendly. I waited longer than expected for Dr to come in but knew from waiting room it was a busy day. Dr Ranes was very helpful and conversed with me on my questions. Test results are fully explained and the test I requested was scheduled within the hr. Very pleasant experience.

Dr. Ranes is a phenomenal primary care physician. I have been seeing her since 2018 after switching from the worst provider I have ever had. I had high expectations for a new provider and Dr. Ranes delivered (and I even found her through my work's independent verification for top providers in your area - Included Health (formerly Grand Rounds)). She will always help find a solution to for problem I bring her way. She never tries to hurry you up despite she is very busy. She is extremely personable, kind, and is great with my son as well. The only problem is there is only one of her and the continued ethical concerns of cloning her!

She went over the results of my blood tests with me and wrote notes on them for me to take home. I have been seeing Dr Ranes for years. I had to go out of town for work for just over a year. I was not able to get in to see her due to only being home on the weekends. I just went and saw her last week for an issue I’ve been having almost the whole time I’ve been gone. She took care of me like I have been seeing her the whole time. She’s referred me to a specialist to help me get better, or at least figure out what’s going on. I would strongly recommend her as your primary care. She is one of the rare doctors that not only listens but hears everything you’re saying.
