I had been seen at 2 different Emergency Rooms as I was having major pain in my right side after a car accident. One did X-rays and the other a CAT scan. They both told me it was muscle strain. I followed up with my Primary Physician, Stephanie Haupt, still having sharp pains. She ordered additional X-rays and found I had 4 fractured ribs. Had I not followed up with her I could have risked making things worse not knowing I had fractured my ribs. So happy to have Stephanie Haupt as my Primary!!! She is awesome!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Haupt for over 10 years. She is by far the best doctor I’ve had. She truly takes the time to listen each time I visit. I feel like my needs are important to her and don’t feel rushed. My biggest fear is where I will go when she retires (which is hopefully way in the future - ha).

I was assigned her so I didn't get to pick. I saw her for 6 years and on my last Annual visit she told me she did not have time to answer my questions and I would have to make another appt. I had made major progress over last year's high blood sugar levels and wanted to see the change over last year's figures. She stated she didn't bring her laptop in because she sees patients faster without it. I asked her to please tell me last year's figures over this year. I had been fasting sixteen hours a day to lose weight and I had lost a bunch.

What I love most about Dr Haupt is how she listens and gives you options. She does not want to be just a "pill pusher". She truly cares about how you want to be treated.
I went to see her because my shoulder is hurting and getting worse over the last 6 months. She was maybe in the room 2 minutes and acted like I need to just deal with the pain or go to physical therapy . She had the assistant print off a google sheet of things I should do for it, which I already knew. I pay her for her time, I don’t know why Doctor's think their time is so much more precious than ours. I will not be lining her pockets anymore! She clearly is only there for the paycheck .
I came in too early (symptoms just started that AM) for swabs to come back positive. Still got a thorough exam and was told to come back in 2 days to try again.
The front desk folks are not polite at all. Dr. Haupt is strictly business. Didn't call to tell me about my blood results. I lit had to go to the internet and search each test and see if my levels were normal. I wish we could go back to when Doctors actually took time to help patients. As I get older I see this more and more. Fortunately I don't have to go to the Dr. very often. I'll be looking for a new office for my next year's visit.

1. Clearly explains lab reports in language I understand. 2. Doesn’t push medications if other options available. 3. Has never rushed me through an office visit. 4. I appreciate her as a female physician. 5. Strongly urges scheduling of necessary preventative procedures -mammo, bone density, colonoscopy etc related to my health. 6. Suggests immunizations and let’s me know if certain are necessary or not. 5 stars!!!
Dr. Haupt has the best bedside manner and always takes the time to listen and talk through any questions and concerns I have. I always leave her office feeling heard and with a plan. I’ve recommended her to many friends and all of them have had a similar experience. I feel lucky to have a PCP that I genuinely trust and feel confident in my care.
Initially very nice, but never very communicative. Her nurse is great and personable. I have a very complex history and diagnostic history which complicated things admittedly. Said she'd refer me for a couple things, didn't happen even with follow up requests from me. Lacks good communication. Refused to review lab results I had gotten done at Quest during a flare when I'd been directed to by specialists prior. Won't return.

Dr. Haupt is amazing! I had been burned by many doctors not listening to me about my back pain and my worries that I have scoliosis. In my very first appointment with her, she got me an x-ray and officially diagnosed me, helping start my journey into easing my pain. I trust her 100% and always have felt heard and like my problems matter. If she is unsure of something, she will tell you if she can do it and if she can't, she will refer you to someone who can.

This review is truly a criticism of the medical field in general. With my last appointment, my provider Dr Haupt saw me for all of 5 minutes, and seemed confused if not dismissive of my health concerns. Doctors can no longer offer what you call personalized care if they go by the business model of conveyor belt appointments. I will be seeking out a new doctor who can offer a more personalized touch and can show a little bit more empathy and compassion, especially towards my aging demographic. There's nothing worse than feeling like just another number when you go to your medical provider for help.
I actually went to the urgent care hours and it’s always a toss up of which doctor is the urgent care doc that night. Dr. Haupt is the doctor I saw and she was efficient, quick, and I was treated both medically and as a person, the way I would expect from any decent doctor. I would see her again.

I was still asking the doctor a question when she was leaving the room. The cream I had asked about for a sore was not called into the pharmacy, I had to call back and then return to the pharmacy for the other item. I did not feel well and asked for something to help with nausea, 3 times before I received a shot and then they had to give me 2 shots due to not having 1 with enough medicine. Not a great experience, I will not be returning to this doctor.

There's no cost for an introduction. Talked to this woman for less than 5 minutes, general stuff, where I'm from, medical history, what I'm looking for from a GP, then get a bill in the mail. She tried to bill my insurance claiming "she gave me consultation about weight loss" we never discussed my weight at all whatsoever. My insurance doesn't pay for consultations especially those that never happened, so she tried to bill me personally. $165 for less than 5 minutes of small talk. I disputed the charge, and she changed it to "new patient fee" now claiming that's what they charge to meet a new patient, once again this is after telling me they don't charge for meet and greet. This woman is not honest, trying to exploit for every penny she can get her hands on, avoid or be exploited.

Dr. Haupt's bedside manners are the worst I've ever seen and her staff is not great either. I do not recommend going to see Dr. Haupt unless you are desperate to get into a PCP. She doesn't listen to what I have to say (I have been dealing with my medical issue for 5 years), and doesn't care.

I've been a patient of Dr. .Haupts for at least the last ten years. She is the most kind, compassionate, caring person that god has put into the medical field. When she talks to you she HEARS everything you are saying. She asks the right questions, and gives her undivided attention to you at all times. I never feel like I'm the "9 a.m. appointment". I feel like I have a name and she is a friend. She has called to personally check on me after several medical issues and has always greeted me with a warm smile and warm handshake (prior COVID) for the handshake but the smile is ALWAYS there. I would recommend her to everyone that is looking for a trustworthy, respectful, caring doctor. If she is unavailable for an appointment, I try to wait and see her even if it's for a week or two. Unless of course its something dramatic and needs immediate attention.

Went to gashland urgent care on Sunday. Dr. Haupt was prompt, professional and caring. She sent me to nkc hospital for CT scan. Called me with the results Sunday afternoon. The staff working with Dr. Haupt were great as well and worked to get me in at the hospital on a Sunday for a CT Scan.
