Both Receptionists are friendly and expedited my admission. Dr. Hollenbeck’s nurse, Velma, was kind and proficient going over my history, medications and checking vitals. All of this great patient service took place before my scheduled 10am appointment time! By 10:03am Dr. Hollenbeck came in the room with his team! I would have waited hours for him. I sincerely appreciate their respect for their patients time. Dr. Hollenbeck listened attentively, asked questions I hadn’t thought about and completed a thorough examination. Dr. Hollenbeck eased my fears, scheduled additional testing, and PT. I know I’m in the best care now and I have a renewed excitement for my future health and life. Can’t thank them enough.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Larry C. Hollenbeck—seriously, I’d be here all day if I tried. From the moment I walked into his office, I knew I was in good hands (and not just because he promised there’d be no tests involving needles). Dr. Hollenbeck listens like a therapist, explains like a professor, and cares like... well, a doctor you actually want to see. This man doesn’t just aim for health targets—he hits them, and then checks to make sure they're dead. Adjusting treatment plans? He does it like he's fine-tuning a classical guitar, which—by the way—he actually plays. That's right, when he’s not untangling neural pathways, he’s plucking away at Bach. His staff is top-tier too. They make you feel so welcome, you might forget you’re at a neurologist’s office and not a day spa (minus the spa part). Bottom line: Dr. Hollenbeck is the real deal, and my health and life are better for it. Highly recommend—unless you’re allergic to great care and classical music.

Dr. Larry Hollenbeck is a caring doctor who has taken care of my Dad 20 plus years ago, my Mom 10 plus years ago and myself since I had an aneurysm scar tissue that caused seizures. Dr. Hollenbeck did testing and he kept realigning my medicine until the seizures were no longer there. I see him once a year for a checkup and blood test to be sure my medicine level is correct. I would recommend him to anyone who has neurological problems.

I have been going to Dr Hollenbeck for a few years now. He and his staff are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have asked him question(s) and he always goes the extra thousand miles to answer it even when it is not directly connected to my diagnosis. And bonus…his wait time from check in to seeing him has always been short (usually 20 minutes after walking in the door to seeing him. Dr H and staff have gone the extra 1000s of miles for me. I appreciate it so much more than my words can express. I dread the day he retires.

Dr. was on time, interested in my situation, and discussed with me my options. I appreciated his knowledge and diagnosis of my issue. After talking with the Dr. we decided my best option for that day was Botox. I was administered the shot. He suggested seeing me again in 3 months. I was willing to do that but his calendar was filled until March. I have made that appointment.

I had always bee satisfied with Dr. Hollenbeck's office until recently. I have been trying to get a Prior Authorization for a drug. This is required by my insurance company to refill my prescription. I have called and sent 2 faxes but have been unable to get any action from Dr. Hollenbeck's staff. I don't know what to do now!! I like Dr. Hollenbeck, I think this problem is with his staff.
