Community contributions
Through our community contributions, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those we serve. Each year, we receive many requests to support various community groups and organizations. Our goal is to match our limited funds with the priorities identified in our Community Health Needs Assessment.
Please note: Sponsorships will only be awarded to non-profit, tax-exempt organizations that align with our mission and provide services in our primary and/or secondary service areas (Clay, Platte, Ray, Jackson, Caldwell, Carroll and Clinton counties). Applications submitted on behalf of school districts and their associated education foundations will be considered, but contributions to individual schools or school-sponsored clubs, teams, or fundraisers will not be considered. Additionally, we are unable to contribute to recreational organizations or personal fundraising campaigns for charitable causes.
