Disenchanted by the medical community, a hip fracture and MRI finding of 6 compression fractures ended my 6 year boycott of the medical community. Dr. Keen was the third doctor in my search for a primary doctor She immediately ordered a bone density test indicating severe osteoporosis. Referral to an endocrinologist the earliest appointment would be six months. Her staff secured an appointment with in a week. Now 72, with multiple chronic conditions, Dr. Keen asked me to see her in a month and give her a chance to help me. I strongly recommend Dr. Keen to anyone needing a doctor who listens, understands, who will fight to care for you. I HAVE A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR NOW. Thank you , Dr keen.

Dr. Keen is young, looks fresh out of medical school, but she's thorough and kind. She actually seems to care about the patient and her job. She was the only doctor accepting new patients, so I'm glad she is a good one! I recommend her. Ignore the rude staff and just focus on the fact that the doctor is great. The receptionist ignored me when I walked in and took someone else instead- it was a pretty blatant mishap, done intentionally. Another receptionist was rude and told me to wait on a patient who had been holding up the line for almost ten minutes. Instead of that patient just going to the back of the line to have her question answered (she had already left the line and seemed to realize that she had forgotten something), I got told to wait for her to come back into the line and get her question answered- I don't think it's that hard to make someone holding up the line wait again to attend to the influx of other patients. She had already held it up for so long, it made me late to my appointment. The assistants who take you back to the waiting room aren't friendly either. A good doctor is hard to find, so I'm giving Dr. Keen five stars because she's worth the rude staff. It's not her fault.
First time visit with Dr. Keen and it went really well. Dr. Keen had clearly read my medical records and was interested in me filling in the gaps. She asked a couple of times if there were any other issues that she could address and listened to my responses. I was able to get my prescription renewed and set a wellness check (with labs) in six months. I appreciate the Dr. listening and discussing options.

2nd new doctor in 3 years, hard the find one that I feel comfortable with again. I really liked her, same philosophy as myself on several things, had a good vibe. I really liked the fact when we were talking it sounded like she had actually looked at my chart and history before coming into the room. I really appreciated that. Hope I'm right.
