Suzanne is always friendly and informative she knows how to get the job done while being very caring
She was very good and seems will address the issues I have had all three times this year I have been made to run out if my medications. Being made go cold turkey of blood pressure medication and my generic Cymbalta is taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I go to all appointments and comply with everything to do so am confused as to whatever three months I have to fight to get refills on such simple prescriptions that are not narcotics. I personally hate being on physical pain from being ran out of neuropathy medication and the Cymbalta helps with the nerve pain but I see does a mental Rollercoaster on you when stopping abruptly. Also after a week of trying between doctors and Walgreens I have a text saying I was denied refills on blood pressure medication. Is that to drum up more emergency room visits by chance or just maybe lowering average age of death is possibly new agenda in this new political administration. Lol just being ornery. Am still happy with visit just pray no more refill issues
NP Suzanne Savage is just as terrific as my regular PCP Dr. Stephanie Swords (normally I try not to compare people because that's not fair to either party & we're all created individuals, but I felt the need to provide a comparison in reference to both of their quality of care). I wasn't able to get an appointment with Dr. Swords for my urgent medical issue (hypertension/high blood pressure) that I couldn’t wait to be seen ASAP for, as she's booked solid until the beginning of November (& it's only the start of June as of the date of this review..she's THAT awesome). I have followed Dr. Swords to 3 medical clinics when she'd transferred (no I am not a stalker). So, instead I was able see/meet NP Suzanne Savage for the first time today & have to say her "bedside manner" is EXTREMELY great (again almost identical to Dr. Swords). She went over everything carefully & didn't rush the appt (same as Dr. Swords). She's so much like my PCP that, if I'm unable to schedule an appointment in the future with Dr. Swords, NP Suzanne Savage would DEFINITELY be my next choice in line. If I didn't know any better, they could be personality twins...LOL. You CANNOT go wrong with working with NP Suzanne! If given the option to, I'd give her 50 million gold stars for such a tremendous job! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gal & her demeanor!!! She's also SUPER friendly & even laughed at a joke I had made up & said that it was funny enough she was going to tell her family about it. It wasn't even a pity laugh either (which is what I normally get for my jokes or a groan with an eyeball roll). Even my sister-in-love had mentioned on the way back home that she'd even see NP Savage if Dr. Swords wasn't available.(She switched to Dr. Swords too after seeing how she treated me in my various appointments). Thanks for reading my review. I hope this helps in your decision of whether or not you want to use NP Suzanne Savage as a medical provider. Again, you CANNOT go wrong in working with NP Suzanne Savage! May God bless, keep, & heal (for whatever reason that you need to seek a medical provider for) you.
I was disappointed that I could not get an appointment with Dr Swords. However, Suzanne was very helpful and listened carefully to my concerns. She is definitely an asset, especially since corporate healthcare makes it nearly impossible to see your doctor in a timely manner.

My visit started off with the nurse/medical assistant telling me I did wrong at check in, but I followed the directions I was given. I get it that misinformation is given, but take the responsibility off the patient. When the nurse practitioner came in and I provided her my symptoms, she had one follow up question to ask me for other possible symptoms and that was it. I felt dismissed and unheard at this appt as I was explaining why I was thinking a certain way, she just smiled and nodded. The overall mood at this office is heavy and no one seems happy to be here. The reception is very friendly and nice, but that is the only highlight in my 2 visits at this office. I may be shopping for a new PCP.

I have never had a negative experience with any medical staff like I did with Suzanne Savage NP I will never go back to her. I am looking for a new medical practice.
I was apprehensive about changing providers when my doctor retired, but Suzanne was a breath of fresh air!! She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very personable. I felt comfortable around her even though this was my first visit and I look forward to seeing her many times in the future. She is an amazing NP as well as human being and I highly recommend her!!

I saw Suzanne Savage for the first time for back pain because my Dr was unavailable at the time. She listened to my needs fully. She has a great attitude and I was seen in a timely manner. Nurses are a special breed of medical care staffing. And the longer they've been in practice, the better they are. Suzanne is the best nurse that I've received care from. She has done every facet of clinical treatments many times. You won't find better care than what you get from her!
