Wait time was minimal! Dr Scott Chapman’s nurse was very personable. Dr Chapman was kind, professional, shared in layman’s terms what was important for me to know. He even drew a picture for me to help me understand the procedure results. He was also very thorough and gave me great encouragement. He did not order unnecessary tests. I would highly recommend him as a cardiologist.

My experience with Dr Chapman was fantastic. So often, with specialist you can feel “talked down to”, but not Dr Chapman. He was warm, showed genuine concern, and answered all of my questions. Many doctors’ visits are much too quick leaving a patient feeling just as confused. The doctor spent plenty of time with me. I highly recommend him!

I do not recall seeing a Scott Chapman unless he is the person who reads the report from my remote device, or that I saw 3 months ago for the in office appointment. Also, it would be nice to know WHEN I am supposed to have a remote device check. I used to get a schedule of when my other cardiology team wanted it and I would simply push the button and wait for it to scan and send and then receive a call from them within 48 hours to let me know what it reported. Now I never know if I'm being scanned and I never hear back from anyone. Don't care much for this arrangement. After reading the response to my post I do remember Dr. Chapman and yes I do like his attention and demeanor with me. I did enjoy visiting with him when I was there, however I do think the remote device team could be more open with the patients. Let us know if your scan went thru and how we are doing, or not doing.
