Didn't appreciate the way she treated me, she made me feel bad about being overweight, made me feel bad about my A1C score even know it was better than last time. I'm sure she has know idea how hard it is being overweight and diabetic, and not liking most foods I should be eating. Just feel like she was very insensitive about the struggles that I have. And for that reason I will never go see her again.
The provider was nice but the office lady at check out was very rude and rolled her eyes at us. She needs more assistance with customer service
Sarah has a great bedside manner and goes beyond the norm to find what the problem is. She spent more time than expected but was very patient and answering all my questions. Highly recommend.
This was a great visit. NP Arnold was amazing. She listened intently, addressed each of my concerns, and wrote out solutions for me so I wouldn’t forget. She gave me the proper referral, and explained what the other place would do for me as well. 100% recommend!

Sarah was very informative and clear..she did not treat me like a "dumb senior citizen" rather with much respect. She also mentioned several possibilities that could be causing different problems. She gave me time to think. My fatigue & weakness? It dawned on me after I got home that I was feeling exactly the same way I felt after 2 weeks in Norway in Jan/no sun! Since our home is in the "land of trees", I think I'll up my Vit D. Sarah made me very comfortable to call in if I needed to go the next steps for chest pain issue.

Sarah Arnold was truthful and honest. Told me the steps that I should take. No one, not Sarah, not Alejandro Montoya and not Dr. Domicile can tell what caused the reaction. That will come with, hopefully Dr. Haroon Khalid with testing. But Sarah is great. I trust her. My second time I have seen her and I never would worry with her. 5 stars for Sarah.
Very good exam, but caused my illness to get worse for two more days by holding the the prescription.
Love this dr!! She not only helped me feel better, but she also "talked" to me to let me know of possible changes I could make on my own to feel better in the future!! Wonderful doctor!!

I chose to see Sarah since I had a simple respiratory issue for 5 days. Sarah took time to talked with me about the different scenarios that could be the cause of my illness. She opted to test me for two possibilities. When both tests were negative, she gave me WRITTEN information, not verbal, on how to treat my symptoms. Thank you Sarah for your time and written education. Teaching patients will always be a part of advanced nursing!

Sarah Arnold was very unprofessional. She tells us after waiting 28 minutes to see her that we have to reschedule our appointment because they don’t do tuberculosis testing on Thursday Why wasn’t we told that when the appointment was made so Sarah Arnold laughs and says I didn’t schedule your appointment. What is that where is the compassion and empathy for your clients? You just want to laugh in you clients face unprofessional. Then talk to a supervisor not the one over Sarah Arnold because she( Rochell) was too busy to be bothered with us but, I believe a lady by the name of Maryann came and she made excuses about the person at front desk can’t ask what kind of physical you need because it takes too much time and effort so basically it was ok for us to waste our time sitting there for nothing. The whole visit was unprofessional and no one on the Meritas Health side seemed to care.

Sarah ordered a very thorough scope of testing for me to find out what could be the cause of my issue. My only complaint is that she was cold and didn't appear as if she wanted to be there. The tech that took my vitals before her was the same way. Robotic.

I was seen by Sarah E. Arnold, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC for a severe sinus infection. Within a day & a half, I had some much needed relief. 3 days later, I am finally back to normal. Thanks to the entire staff.
