Dr Deffenbaugh was horrible to me during my last visit on April 24th. She was friendly up on opening the door, but quickly turned mean when there were no witnesses in the room. I can no longer trust her or her medical advice. I would not be alone again in an exam room with her. She would be verbally abusive again. This is the worst experience I have ever had at the Gashland Clinic. I have been going to the Clinic for 55 years. I will have to find another doctor there or go to another clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Deffenbaugh for a number of years now and I have only good things to say about her. Her bedside manner has done nothing but improved over the years. Very mixed feelings regarding Dr. Deffenbaugh. Me and my family have been seeing her for quite sometime now. However, I was falsely diagnosed due to a failure of extracting a skin biopsy and laziness. She dismissed my prediction for my skin problems (as I have a long history) and I ended up being right after seeing a proper dr who took the time to properly understand and diagnose me and run proper labs. She is very dismissive and doesn’t take her time to hear your concerns. Also, I was prescribed the strongest antifungal medication for 3 months for no reason after consulting with another dr. I also found out that I had been taking an antibiotic for over a year and deffenbaugh never mentioned that or tried to take me off, she kept refilling it with no problems or concerns towards long term effects. Now I’m concerned that I have developed a resistance to antibiotics. So many more problems have arose since seeing her. If you want a caring doctor who actually takes time to understand your concerns and symptoms instead of feeling like another number, take your concerns elsewhere. I have now switched my primary physician. Thank you.

The front desk staff is curt, demanding, and one can feel guilty for not understanding what the usual procedure is for the office, even if one is there for the first time. Patience, gentle voices, understanding and compassionate communication skills would greatly improve the front desk staff. They really are too cute and militant. They should remember they are working for doctors and helping people who are probably not feeling well. Slow down and show common courtesy, be compassionate. Or maybe they should find a different occupation that requires harsh, curt, militant voices. Perhaps?

The Doctor and her staff are wonderful. The front desk people don't smile, are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. I have been going to this clinic for 3 and a half yrs and am astounded at the unprofessional attitudes of these people. Usually they are talking among themselves and you have to stand and wait until they finish before they even acknowledge you. I really don't care if they are talking about work or not. At least acknowledge my existence, and then finish. Not very friendly or welcoming They very much need customer service training.
Dr Deffenbaugh was Awesome! It was the best experience I've had at a Dr's appointment. I am one who procrastinates about going to the Drs. I basically have to be bleeding out of my eyes to make an appointment. My experience was so positive I am changing to her as my general practioner. She was an excellent listener and showed empathy and concern. Most Dr's like the sound of their own voice or say very little, looking at you like a deer caught in the headlights, leaving you feeling disconnected & misunderstood & different. (not different in a good way) She took her time with me and did not rush me out the door but quite the opposite. Needless to say, I was impressed. Dr. Deffenbaugh shared her own experiences with me regarding caring and loving elderly parents She is now my Doctor and is helping me navigate thru some medical issues. She listens, checks up, follows up and is empathetic. I feel blessed to have had her as my parents caregiver and now as mine.

I have been a patient of Dr. D for a year now and in the visits she is very personable and listening to my concerns of any treatment. She explains to me why I should give her recommendations a try and has listened to me when I have been totally against a treatment. If I had to have any negative feedback it would be sometimes it takes a little long for a portal response from her team but I can't deduct a star because I understand they are busy too and can't sit and watch the portal all day for messages.

This doctor is condescending and uncaring. I was told I HAD to see my primary care doctor in a certain short time frame after a recent hospitalization. It was a total waste of time and money. She completely minimized why I was there and what had happened. She's my primary care and I'm trying to figure out how to change that.

She doesn't seem professional enough to waste your time to have her as a primary care doctor. It seems like she rushes appointments and doesn't actually care about you as a patient. I've never had any doctor try to tell me just to set up a phone call instead of coming in for an appointment, she acts like she doesn't want you to be there and like its a waste of time. I don't know why she got into this profession if she doesn't enjoy doing it. I would rather have someone that will value your time and genuinely listen to you instead of trying to rush you out the door. I would not recommending seeing her to anybody.
I had a great first impression and experience with Dr. Deffenbaugh today. I am a 62 year old male and was seeing her for a concern I had in a personal area on my body. She was professional and thorough in her pre-exam interview and put me at ease. She ultimately referred me for an ultrasound to learn more about my issue.
I genuinely don’t understand how Dr. D has any good reviews on here. My mom’s experience with her was horrible and I’ve read online that its been the same for others. She failed to communicate an important diagnosis with my mom and just was horrible at communicating anything in general. All of the interactions my mom had with her left her extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a decent patient care experience .

Ever since my doctor retired and I was treated as a new patient to the practice though I have been using this group for thirty five years. I feel so satisfied I once again will get highly skilled competent medical care now that I am with Dr Deffenbaugh.

I wish I'd read these reviews before going to Dr. Deffenbaugh. Was also a Dr. Albers patient; happily been with Gashland more than 20 years. I met with "Dr D" once. At my request, she ordered a bone scan. When the results came back a nurse called me. The nurse couldn't (wouldn't? wasn't allowed to?) explain the results and doc's recommendation. I asked for a call from the doc. When I didn't get that, I sent a message via the portal asking for more info about my test results. The doctor replied. She did not explain my test results. Instead she suggested I seek care elsewhere. I didn't reply. The next day the nurse called again. She read aloud a note from the doc in which the doc TOLD me to seek care elsewhere. The nurse then said I should find a new clinic altogether. Perhaps "someplace smaller" would suit me better. Never received help understanding the test results.

Wish I had read these reviews before selecting her as my primary doctor. Her condescending attitude and rude remark in regards to my problems and no prescription to help manage my pain the OTC drugs didn’t provide relief. Had she taken an X-ray she would have seen I was bone on bone with my right hip, again no pain meds just recommended a surgeon for hi replacements 7 months wasted. Now the original major health issue I went to see her for in April 2022 that she rudely blew me off and 3 appointments later might cost me my life as I have cancer. A whole year lost not getting the life saving treatment because she too arrogant and disinterested with my health issue. Knowing my family history she should have recommended/ordered a simple test a year ago. I’m beyond mad, disappointed and feel betrayed by a doctor who took an oath to “Do No Harm”

I was given new medications and her nurse was more concerned about me taking the medicine than allowing me to speak to the doctor. I had many questions about my illness and medication. So I called a doctor at KU Medical Center for help with my question. 😒

I went to see Dr. Deffenbaugh with lots of new GI issues. She would not sit down long enough to have a conversation with me and was very unhelpful with answering any of my questions. I had to contact the office numerous times just to get a referral from her to another doctor. I would recommend seeing someone else if you need help beyond just a normal check-up.

My youngest daughter and I have been using Dr. Sara Deffenbaugh for the last three years when she became a new doctor at the facility we’ve been attending for 35+ years. My previous appointments with her have been subpar… It’s hard to find a day that she actually is at the office,l. At the last appointment I was in for a blood pressure check-up to renew my medication. I’m 52 years old so they have been hounding me about a colonoscopy. I’ve been a nurse for the last 23 years and I know all the risks and implications that come along with not receiving scheduled medical suggestive care. I have repeatedly told her no kindly , but this office visit was a little different. She literally sat there after I told her no once again and told me that “if I don’t choose one of the three options that she laid out for me then she can no longer be my doctor”. There are lines in medicine that you cannot cross. When I told her that she crossed a line she got up and walked out of the room.
I went to Dr.Deffenbaugh for months. At first I felt she was kind and that she was listening to my concerns. However once my blood tests came back normal everything was just my anxiety. I would cry every time I would see her because I was desperate for help and she would always say see it’s your anxiety isn’t under control. I finally left and saw a neurologist who told me no it wasn’t in my head and that clearly something was wrong. He has worked hard to get to the bottom of it and now I am on a plan and feel better than I have in a year. Her telling me it was all in my head isn’t finding solutions. If she doesn’t know she should refer a patient on. I had to ask for a referral while she was on maternity leave because I feared she would deny me that. Thankfully one of her colleagues gave me the referral. She had already told me that I couldn’t do anything without referrals my insurance wouldn’t pay for things unless the doctor (her) felt it was needed.
One of the kindest, compassionate Doctors I have met. She takes whatever time is required to resolve my issue, or send me to specialist. I have been more than satisfied with her expertise and bedside manner. Highly recommended.
I plan to seek Dr Deffenbaugh as my primary care doctor after losing access to Dr Albers (who I absolutely loved). I saw Dr Lowery in Urgent Care a year ago. She not only diagnosed what could have been a serious situation in just a number of hours, but she went above and beyond to schedule an immediate scan (although the facility was closing) so that I wouldn’t have to sit in the ER for hours.
Dr. Deffenbaugh has been my doctor for years and she’s amazing. She really takes the time to sit down and listen to you. She also remembers things you tell her, so she asks about your life during the visit. She is so sweet!
I've seen Dr. Deffenbaugh several times over the last few years. Each time, she's listened carefully and provided thoughtful answers, even when the answers didn't line up with what I wanted to hear. She is not one to over-prescribe or sugar coat, but she does point patients to valuable resources and ensure that they are taken care of.
Shes horrible! I went crying about symptoms on one condition and prescribed me Prozac and told me I was depressed! She don't listen and doesn't seem to care. She pushes for horrible things like making my kids do everything in the house while I sit lazy. Thats not who I am. She lowered my important medication needlessly. I left feeling worse then I did walking in. Im with a new dr who put me back on my correct dosage and im well on my way to better then I have been in months. Read and do your research before settling on whatever doctor!
I had seen 3 other Dr. over the span of a 9 month period of time and no other Dr. had correctly diagnosed by issue. Dr. Lowry/Deffenbaugh took the time to listen to the whole story and go deeper to a not so common condition that required extra tests and attention. I was so disappointed in my appointment with dr deffenbaugh! I came in with a specific problem because I could not see my regular physician-Dr Albers. Dr Deffenbaugh totally blew me offend did not even examine me or even address my issue to my satis! What a waste of my time and money!!! She seemed sooo disinterested in Me and my problem! I even called the office manager who acted totally defensive!!!
I've always had a compassionate response from this doctor. I take care of my body, but I do have some auto immune issues and she has always been very understanding and empathetic. She's not a pill pusher which I appreciate. I have her as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Lowry/Deffenbaugh has been an excellent doctor on all the problems I have brought to her for 2 years. When she walks in the exam room she has a professional attitude, she greets me by name and before COVID she shook my hand with a smile. She is very knowledgeable about medications and potential side effects. I have some chronic problems and on one occasion I went to see her about a "normal" problem. **Good golly I must be as old as Christmas to start having normal problems! ** She had prescribed medications in the past for normal problems as needed just as all doctors do. However for this problem she, with my permission, reached out to my specialist with 2 options for his concurrence. I was really impressed! Very satisfied with Dr Defenbaugh!
She is the worse Doctor I've ever had. She just wanted to rush me out of there dispite the fact that the parking lot was empty and no one else was there. She had no interest in what I had to say from the minute she walked in. She walked in scolded me for going in to Urgent Care because she didn't think my issue warranted it. ( A nurse friend of my sister had actually told me to go to the Emergency Room after seeing the pictures that I tried to show the so called Doctor. ) Talked down to me, told me to put my cell phone down when I tried to show her pictures of what prompted me to go to Urgent care. And, told me she didn't need to see pictures because she was looking at me now. I tried to explain that it was very bad when the pictures were taken but she still didn't care and repeatedly scolded me for showing up because in her words, "You're not dieing. " She's condescending, has no bedside manners and I pitty any future patients.
My husband, my oldest son, and myself all go to Dr. Lowery. We have been going to see her for 2 years. I read these reviews and I am shocked. She has always been amazing. She explains things in layman's terms. She is compassionate, caring, and an awesome physician. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She always listens to my concerns and offers ways to help me feel better and asks me what I want to do. I always feel like I have a choice and a say in treatment options.
Dr. Deffenbaugh formerly Lowery is an awful doctor. I am a nurse & had the displeasure of being one of her patients for 2 years. Often in the ER, I wondered why patients would allow their conditions to get to a point they had to come in when easy, early interventions would have easily fixed the problem. Dr. D's lack of action is one of those reasons. She is very polite, and seems to be a good listener, but will NEVER act on anything to get you the adequate healthcare you need or deserve. Her goal is simply to get you to shut up, get out, & not have her clinic do follow-ups, testing, or any interventions. She simply doesn't care. She will state otherwise, clearly & often, tell you that your problems are in your head, and not--in my case particularly--valid, health issues which may end up needing urgent surgery. I am ashamed & traumatized by how she treated me as a woman, as a fellow healthcare worker, and worst of all as a human being. I hope and pray she changes, but I don't expect it.
I have been a new patient with Dr. Lowery for a few months. On my first visit with her, I found her to be very patient and comforting as I was struggling with unaddressed issues from other physicians. She listened to my concerns and showed real empathy for my past struggles. I have finally found a primary care physician who I feel genuinely cares about her patients and doesn't just rush you through the appointment! I am so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews, as I did not find them accurate AT ALL! Highly recommend!
Dr. Lowery was wonderful. She has great care for her patients, but she also has the ability to explain her plan of treatment that makes you feel like you're involved and informed. I've bounced around to a lot of doctors not being able to find someone I connect with and trust to help with my health. I believe I finally found the right doctor and will continue seeing her in the future.
Horrible manners and didnt listen to any of my needs. I have never felt more like a number then what she made me feel like. Her manners made me feel like i was wasting her time and that she was trying everything to just get out of the exam room. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
I have seen Dr. Lowery several times, I will say, the first visit was a little off. (short and assertive)But being in my line of work I get having a off day and I absolutely did not take it personally I understood that as the Dr. you trust her to fix it and that means playing by her rules. I had blood test and found out I have Hypothyroidism ( I'm chubby) after getting on the meds I felt better because I listened to her and trusted her I am getting more healthy and active. I have never had a single complaint because I dont try to self diagnose and go against the woman who went to school to learn how to diagnose the issues.
My family has been seeing Dr. Lowery for almost two years now. We have had a variety of medical needs...various respiratory infections, anxiety, ADHD issues. My teenage son, my college aged daughter, as well as my 80 year old mother have seen Dr. Lowery and she has handled us all with care and concern. She is very knowledgeable and yes, opinionated, which I what I want in a doctor. She has dug in her heels in instances when I've come in with a diagnosis I've made for myself. In reading some of the reviews, some people may interpret that kind of behavior as condescending or rude....however I find her to be someone who simply won't be pushed around and does in fact, know better. In my experience, she isn't willing to put a scab on something....she will stand firm and prescribe a long termed solution, which might feel frustrating for a patient initially, but it is the right thing in the end. I highly recommend Dr. Lowery.

This was one of the worst experiences in my entire life, and I've seen a lot of doctors. She was rude, insulting, and didn't listen to a thing I said. Her bedside manner is horrible. She talks with zero emotion and talks down to you. I was crying while trying to explain to her what is wrong and she just looked stone cold. She didn't care at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences in my entire life, and I've seen a lot of doctors. She was rude, insulting, and didn't listen to a thing I said. She shouldn't be practicing medicine.
My visit today was very informative. I very much appreciated that Dr. Lowery took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease.
It was one of the worst appointments of my life. She came in with an agenda that became obvious as the appointment dragged on. She was condescending, accusatory, and only would except facts that fit her agenda regardless of the evidence presented to her or the objections of the patient’s family and the patient. She seemed to not except that there were things she didn’t know and did not seem curious. She arrogantly discredited everything in an obvious attempt to either meet her agenda as it became apparent, or given her demeanor and phrasing hopefully I would just walk out of the appointment. I just wish I could deny payment from both insurance and me. She wasted both of our time. I had even suggested I not keep the appointment suspecting this behavior given some comments her nurse made. When one goes to the doctor you hope they actually address the issue came in for. She did none of that.
Dr Lowery worked with me to determine the best treatment plan. She listened to my concerns and explained all the options. She made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Lowery was a very compassionate and patient doctor! She took her time explaining what she was doing and why, and made sure I was comfortable. I would happily schedule an appointment with her again!
She is the most arrogant, rude Dr I have ever been to. Meritas Gashland - please read all the negative comments . She has absolutely no compassion. She makes you feel like you are a bother to her and she has more important things to do. PLEASE get her out of that office If there was a 0 or negative star I would have given her that.
Finding a good dr. is like searching for a good mechanic. They are few and far between. I inherited this physician when my regular GP retired. Dr. Lowery has a pleasant demeanor however she displays an attitude of subtle arrogance when she disagrees with her patient's choices/decisions. This is your body, your health and your life being affected by a diagnosis that is based on 10-20 mins. with a dr. whom a patient may or may not see on a regular basis. My personal experience was not the best. Upon my first encounter with her I was not convinced I would maintain her as my GP and now after 4-5 visits I definitely will not.
Read all the bad reviews twice. All true. Some of the first words out of her mouth was"I don't have to be your doctor. " I didn't stay long, got up and walked out.
Dr. Lowery is my new favorite doctor. I have visited her twice now in the last year or so... the first time I was so appreciative that she took the time to review my labs and not put me on medication (as I didn't have an infection). Any other doctor would have probably written me a prescription, even if I didn't truly need it. Today when I visited her about some fatigue symptom she took the time to listen and talk with me about possible solutions. She even recommended a book for more information (I love reading, so this was perfect for me). I felt like she cared and I appreciated her demeanor.
Dr. Lowery has been my physician for approximately two years and I think that she is an excellent Doctor. She always takes time to listen to my issues and discusses the alternatives to my problem. I would recommend Dr. Lowery to my family and friends.
Dont bother. As my regular dr wasnt available, i saw dr lowery. As i was talking suicide & she was going on vacation the next week. She wasnt interested in helping at all. Basically said "tell her to go to an ER. There's nothing *I* can do." Thanks doc. No one should have to deal with your egotistical attitude. I hope your vacation was horrible. This review in no way is about the actual clinic They're wonderful
I personally wouldn’t recommend this doctor. She seems more interested in pushing her perspectives than listening to the patients. The facility itself I have no real complaints with.
I had an appointment with Dr. Lowery and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. I gave her my symptoms and ongoing problems and she wrote it off like it was nothing. She did not give me any medical advice, or treatment. I was explaining my problems to her while very emotional and crying in front of her. All she did was hand me a card for a counselor and told me not to sleep with the tv on. I left her office in tears and that didn't even seem to phase her. Im not saying she's a bad doctor, but she was a bad doctor to me. No one should leave a doctor's appointment feeling worse than when they went in, and no one should leave a doctor's office in tears not knowing what the hell to do next.
My regulare physician was booked, I scheduled withDr Lowrey and was very pleased... her evaluation and treatment plan was spot on. She was kind and compassionalte, I would feel confident in recommending her to family and friends.
I had not been feeling good for several days & was getting worse-body aches, extreme fatigue-& needed an appointment pretty quickly. I scheduled online (LOVE) with Dr. Lowery, my first appointment with her. She was very attentive, listened to all the details about how I felt. She asked several questions & didn't rush to diagnosis, but talked out her theories of what could be wrong. She explained the tests she ordered & why. Most importantly, she said, "we're going to get you feeling better.
I usually see a different doctor at this same office, who I really like, but I needed to get in to see someone and my usual doctor was booked up. Dr. Lowery was rude, very short with me and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She is the only bad experience I've ever had at this doctor's office, and I've been going there for over 5 years.
She was the rudest and most inconsiderate Dr I have ever been to! Huge waste of my time. I felt worse than I did before I saw her! She should not work with the general public! She has no bed-side manner and was dumb as a box of rocks! She seemed to only care about her own opinions and was not helpful in any way shape or form!!!
Took my Dad to Dr. Lowery. She was pleasant and professional, asked questions and gave us her full attention.
I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with Dr. Lowery! She is able to quickly assess what my needs are, and take care of the issue at hand. I've have never waited long in the clinic, and her exams are always thorough. She is someone who gets the job done efficiently and is kind throughout.
She listens to me and understands how my symptoms are effecting me. I have responded positively to the treatments and medications. I have been able to see her in a timely manner and had minimal wait at the clinic.
Had to see Dr. Lowery before I could fly by myself and she went through all of the things that we needed to discuss in a timely manner. The nurse and support staff were all nice and I refer her to other pilots for work.
Horrible do not go to her. She is horrible. Rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. So not waist your time. I am considering a formal complaint.
I needed a physical exam to renew a license and found Dr. Lowery when searching for a physician who is certified for such. I was at first really put off by the many negative reviews, but, thinking "how bad can it be for a physical", I went on and made an appointment to see her. In simple terms, all I can say is that the Dr. Lowery, and staff, I saw was the direct opposite of the negativity I had read. She was informed, skilled, interested, and personable, and her nurse was equally helpful.
This doctor's nurse is excellent! However, upon seeing her at my 2nd ever trip to this clinic I was seen for a skin tag removal. Papers were signed that I agreed to pay if not covered by insurance; yet, I explained the medical issues present in needing the area taken off. Once the service was complete, I received a bill for a medium-tiered office visit & a surgical procedure visit; therefore, charging me over the agreed amount for this one short visit. Slow schedule = screwing patients.
I had been with another Dr. there for 29 yrs and he retired this year and I thought I would give her a chance. She is as bad as all the reviews say she is. Spent maybe a half of a minute walking in the door saying your negative. She asked no questions and was not interested in getting to know me as a new patient. I called and complained but her nurse said if I want to talk to her I have to make a seperate appointment. I understand before refills but why not in one vist or read my file.
Dr.Lowery has some learning to do in the bed side manner department. She is extremely rude, does not listen, and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had no issues with the nurses or the front desk staff, but this doctor was the worst of the worst.
The Dr. and the staff were not overly friendly, personable or even respectful. The wait was short. But, once the Dr. came into the office they rushed out of the office. After the Dr. left no one came back into the office. I uncomfortably sat there for the next 10 minutes until I had to poke my head out of the room and ask a nurse whether I was supposed to leave or not. The nurse was extremely rude and snapped at me for asking whether I was free to go or not. I think I will pass on this Dr.
I called to them11minbefore my appointment after I realized I had driven to the wrong address and I was on my way to the right one. They said I had a 12 min window to make it, “cool, I can make that.” I show up at the 10 min mark and I’m already noted as no call no show even though I just talked to you guys. I was refused to be seen....I mean c’mon...I get it that people should just be on time and all, but I seriously think this was failed customer service....I will not be rescheduling here ever
I had been trying to get in to see a different physician for a couple weeks and that day the physician called in again so I went ahead and let the nurse setup an apt with a different Doctor and she chose Dr. Lowery, which a horrible mistake, a waste of time, and a co-pay. I went in as a first-time patient to the clinic and her in general and she just seemed uninterested. She kept staring at me but not really processing what I was saying. The appt didn't last long at all and she was in and out.
I can honestly say she may have been one of the most ill informed doctors I've been to. Her advice for me was almost pointless and I walked away still in pain. I walked away feeling worse about myself, as she made me feel like there was nothing she could do. She knew nothing about 4 of the issues I was having, all of which are common.
If there were 0 stars she would get none. I was seen by her and by far it was the worst experience ever in my life with a family care physician. She clearly had made up her mind of a treatment plan before seeing me, and wished to leave as quickly as she came in. Her care was not person-centered, she spoke down to me, and provoked me to the point of blaming me for being upset with her care. If you have a choice do not be seen by her. She is disrespectful, and does not listen to patients concerns.
My normal doctor was out. I took a hpt yesterday & went in to confirm. She asked me if it was planned and when I said yes she offered no positive comments. I was not given a referral for an obgyn or offered a call in for prenatals. She did not ask anything about my overall health and couldn’t get out fast enough. I also asked about antibiotics I wasn’t on and if they were safe and she told me I could have googled it. Her nurse was lovely.
I just had a visit with her yesterday and it was the worst doctor visit I have ever had, She was just plain rude and did absolutely nothing for me. Did not give one suggestion/opinion to help my situation. Her diagnosis for me and I quote... " I have no idea what is wrong with you... whatever it is, it came on its own so hopefully it will go away on its own." That was my treatment. I just cant put into words how cold she was, how much she did not care at all.
I had my first visit with Dr. Lowery and was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. I wish there was a way I could give her less than 1 star because I would. She didn't listen to me, left the room before she had answered my questions and sent the nurse in to say my visit was done. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!!
Dr. Sara Lowery is a wonderful and understanding doctor. She really cares for her patients.
