After having many years of a Dr not doing an anything but collecting my copay I was so excited to meet Dr Archer. Between her sweet nurse, herself actually listening to me and the ladies that drew my blood I would give this a definite 10 out of 10. She listened to me, made some suggestions, ordered blood work and her nurse even called me following week with blood tests results. I haven’t had that in years. I’m so pleased to have finally found a Dr that I feel comfortable and at ease. I never felt like I wasn’t heard. So grateful for finding her.

Dr Archer is fantastic. She listened to my concerns and addressed everything clearly and concisely. She put me at ease about some health concerns as well as next steps, and I’m so thankful for that. Definitely recommend her and her team. They are amazing!

I had a very disappointing experience with this provider and left feeling unheard and frustrated with the care I received. Before scheduling, I contacted NKC and was directed to this provider after being informed that ADD/ADHD evaluation and treatment were within her scope of practice. During my appointment, however, I was told that determining an ADD diagnosis was “not in my wheelhouse” and that I would need to see psychiatry. I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely listened to during the appointment. Much of the interaction consisted of the provider looking at the computer screen and reading generic questions rather than having a meaningful conversation with me about the symptoms, history, and concerns I came in to discuss. My thyroid was presented as a possible explanation for my symptoms and labs were ordered. Levothyroxine was then prescribed without any discussion with me about starting thyroid medication or why it was being prescribed. Three days later, I found that my TSH result was normal, and I was subsequently told there was no need for me to start the medication. When I reached out afterward seeking clarification about my experience and the care I received, I felt that my specific concerns were not directly addressed. Instead, I was advised to establish care with another provider. I completely understand that a provider may decide a referral is appropriate. My issue is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled. I believe patients deserve to feel heard, understand why a medication is being prescribed, and receive clear answers when they have questions about their care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

Dr Archer was great! Personable and informative and made be feel good about my diagnosis and treatment.
