I work full time 8-5 M-F i made an appointment after suffering from multiple kidney stones. I showed up to my appointment to be told it had been canceled. I received voicemails about the appointment before hand and a text to confirm and check in days before. I listened to them voicemails and NOWHERE in them does it say my appointment has been canceled. I sat in the office crying felt completely disrespected and like a COMPLETE waste of time. I have missed lots of work because of the stones, meaning I needed to get paper work filled out I was told it wasn't going to happen and I would have to take off work again and set up another appointment. There was a gentleman in the lobby whose appointment was also canceled. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
The WORST doctor i have ever had and her scheduler lisa is awful canceled my appointment and left me a voicemail NOT telling me that it was canceled. I showed up to find this out i was obviously upset as I had taken off of my full time job to be there and get my health taken care of and then was told i had to reschedule. I was then called a day later and told if i was going to be allowed back i "would have to keep calm" I assure you I was quiteeeee calm for someone who has REPATEDLY had her time WASTED by this doctor. it was always a hassle to get in to her im glad to be cutting ties with this horrible doctor.

I’ve been a patient at Gashland Clinic for 40+ years, and I’d have to say Dr. Fawcett is the finest doctor I’ve had ever in my experience at Gashland. She is kind and caring, easy to get in touch with for advice, and she takes the time necessary to explain my conditions and how we, as a team, are going to go about treating them.
Online, we were not permitted to reschedule the appointment, so I was forced to cancel it. I called in to schedule another appointment, but was forwarded to voice mail(Lisa) & left a message. No one has called back yet.

I called to make an appt back in June or July, 2023. It was for a well woman’s checkup as well as labs just to see if I have normal A1C, etc. The appt. was for tomorrow (12/28/23) and I was to fast today. Then had a follow up appt. To get the lab results read scheduled for Jan. 4. I had to take off from work for this appt. So I get a call this morning (12/27/23) that Dr.Fawcett is not able to keep this appt. because I haven’t been to her in 2 years and Dr.Fawcett would need me to re-establish by making a separate appt for something, I suppose an illness I don’t have. That sounds kinda fraudulent, if you ask me. The length of time between my last visit was actually mentioned when I made the appt in July and the nurse went to ask Dr.Fawcett and it was agreed she’d see me, since at that point it had only a been year and a half. At that time, the nurse told me the soonest available appt. was for the scheduled dates of Dec 28 and Jan 4. So Dr.Fawcett’s nurse had to bear this news a day before my appt. and apparently everyone had forgotten it was agreed upon back when I first made it. I had to ask off work on Jan 4th and also change plans with my family in town for Christmas, who wanted to go eat on the plaza tonight, but I told them I couldn’t because I’d be fasting, so we rescheduled for a future date and some of those family members were free tonight, but not for the rescheduled date. This is very unprofessional of Dr.Fawcett and her office. I do not want to be a patient of someone who does not have the memory of having contemplated this at time of the appt., or at least written down notes that she had agreed to see me. She lacks the integrity and character needed to do her job correctly. To have her nurse call a patient one day prior to a scheduled appt that was made nearly 6 months ago, to tell me she can’t see me after all, just tells us what kind of Dr. Fawcett really is…..not a very good one!
Dr. Faucett puts my daughter at ease and feels comfortable asking her any questions. My kid is 15 yrs and now is realizing how important one’s health is. Working in medical practice myself I understand how important it is for a patient to feel comfortable and trust in their physician and Dr. Fausett provides that. Thanks for all you do!

I had an appointment for an annual physical with Dr Fawcett. Upon checking in, I had a short wait before being called back to start my appointment. Mary, the nurse who started my appointment, was very nice and thorough. Dr Fawcett entered the room soon after Mary finished. She stepped through my medical history, my conditions, and answered all of my questions. I had a very positive experience and left the appointment with more knowledge.

If I could give her no stars or negative I would. I am so happy for others who have had positive experiences. I however was treated very poorly, medical needs were treated as I was in trouble with a parent and this would be the 2nd time I've ever seen her. Did not listen to any of my concerns and told me we needed to get this appointment done quickly. Very disheartened about this experience. Hope you catch her on a good day, but I recommend going to another doctor.

My experience was wonderful. My nurse was very helpful because sometimes you are stressed in your body not realizing until it is brought to your attention. Long time patient of Dr Fawcett but It’s 2021 and you can no longer schedule an appointment online. You can only schedule appointments by phone during business hours. Very inconvenient for patients and those of us that run a business or work during those times.Dr Fawcett is the only Dr. I have ever liked but They prioritize urgent care over Everything else.

My husband went to this doctor for after care.He had a cough for awhile.First thing she done was oh hes got covid 19.What happened to ok he might have bronchitis or the flu.They took temperture, there was none.Then the took the virus test.Nope didnt have it.Sent him home with a prescription for a inhaler.This was 7:30 at night.Pharmacy was closed.He also had waited 3 hours to get in.Husband followed up with regular doctor 2 days later.Guess what, he had walking pnemonia.Our regular doctor took a exray which was what the others schould of done.We were told that he could get this from wearing his mask.My husband also has a good insurance which covers everything.Now they want us to pay for the covid test extra.We will never go to this doctor again.One of her nurses is also rude.She would not give info to me although im on my husbands hipa paper.
Doctor Fawcett is like my family doctor from New York. As a new patient she as made me feel welcome and safe. I was just recently diagnosed with a disease and she was very patient with me and understanding and she took the time listen to my concerns. The great thing is she works closely with my specialist helps with my treatment plan. What I also like is her frankness to the point approach to medicine. She has an honesty to her that very few doctors have and she's open-minded to what you have to say about how you feeling about the medical treatments. I would recommend her to anyone.

It's easy to get an appointment when you need it, even as a new patient (any other doctor in town I was looking at a 2-3 month wait for a new patient). Even with her taking the time to talk through everything with you, I'm usually in and out within an hour.

This Doctors office is horrible and extremely non caring, they are only interested in money. I would never recommend anyone to Doctor Fawcett and her army of extremely rude nurses and admins, They are unprofessional and lack empathy and sympathy they are straight cold hearted. They speak to you like you are beneath them, they deny your prescription refills. She wants to see you before she will refill any prescriptions which is ridiculous! I am on a medication that I need to be on daily for the rest of my life and she would never approve of 90 day supplies like my previous Doctor did for years before he retired. Every time I needed a refill they wanted to see me first, I don't think being forced to have testing that is unnecessary is right. Because I resisted they terminated my care which in my opinion now they did me a huge favor. Please take your business elsewhere these people do not care about you only running up your insurance.
I normally see a different doctor at the same location, who I really like, but I needed a minor procedure done that my usual doctor wasn't authorized to perform so I saw Dr. Fawcett instead. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her!
