Doctor Cramer has always been a great doctor for our family and friends. Definitely go see him if you are looking for a doctor that truly cares about you. The nurse that took the blood draw very nice job, no poke pain at all. The nurses are polite but can continue to grow on relationship building .
Dr. Cramer and his staff offers an outstanding experience each visit. He's very likeable, informative, attentive, and professional. His staff follows suit and makes my visits complete. I really appreciate them all and highly recommend Dr. Cramer!

I have a wound that I needed a referral go or the wound center. Dr. Cramer explained how serious the wound is. They went the extra mile and after some hassles got me set up for a visit at the wound center.

This is about the fastest I’ve ever got to a doctor got in talked to the nurse. The doctor came in and back out that I ever had. After I checked in at the front desk, I just sat down and they called my name as I went in, the nurse was very sweet and took the information she needed to get from me Checked my vitals and they told me the doctor would be in with me shortly within a minute Dr. Cramer came in, sat down and listened to my questions and my statements and a plan of attack was made on about this problem dealing with at the time and I was ready to leave. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Dr. Cramer is one of the most thoughtful, insightful, caring, thorough and terribly knowledgeable physicians that I have the good fortune to know (and as a senior/old-timer, I have known more than a few doctors). His diagnoses are always spot-on, his treatment recommendations unfailingly correct. And I entirely trust whomever (specialists) he refers me to. Dr. Cramer is an exceptional physician and human being.

Dr Cramer is the best family doctor we have ever had. He genuinely cares and consults our family on best health practices during and after any ailments at such a high and friendly level. As a family of 3 we have been seeing him for roughly 8 years now and my daughter who is now 21 grew up knowing and feeling comfortable enough to go on her own now and even for consult on her women’s health needs as well. Myself and my husband are old we at this point have seen him for literally everything from yearly physicals to more chronic health conditions. Highly recommend Dr Cramer for doctor’s care.

I have been to numerous Doctors over the years. Dr Cramer is the best I've ever had. He listens, spends time with you, explains options and recommendations in detail, and has a great sense of humor. And it's obvious that he loves his job and cares about his patients. His administrative staff and Nurse also do a great job. I have never had an issue getting help or answers when I needed them. I cannot say enough about the quality of care these folks have provided me.

Dr. Cramer is a great Doc. He has been seeing me for almost 4 years now and has been super helpful and supportive while listening to all of my concerns, symptoms, injuries, etc. I am a bit of a complex case, so I really appreciate that about him as a provider. He advocates for me as his patient with other providers that need to be brought in and with insurance and tests. He has a great bedside manner, very relaxed, supportive, and allows me to joke about things a little which is great. He helps me understand my conditions, how to manage them, and what I can do to improve my well-being. There is a certain MA that I feel is not very attentive when it comes to relaying information between Doctor and patient, but I do not think that should reflect on him negatively.

Dr. Cramer is the best doctor I have had in a very long time. He listens to you while you are telling how you are feeling and then gives you meds if you need it. Dr. Cramer does absolutely nothing to fix your problem. I am an average person with very basic issues and I never asked for much but was given absolutely nothing. I have been seeing him for a few years now and have never felt worse in my life because he doesn’t listen or care. if it wasn’t his idea, then it isn’t going to happen. His ego gets in the way. It’s always let’s wait and see. Let’s wait and see. Let’s wait and see but yet he doesn’t ask you to make follow up appointments or anything. What are we waiting for? Maybe his little DO certificate makes him not smart enough to actually solve problems with his patients. And he stares at you with this creepy grin on his face the whole time you talk like he just is thinking how stupid you are and not listening to a word you say. I wasted several years with this man in control of my care, and it was the worst decision I could’ve ever made.
Personally conscious and caring doctor who genuinely cares about you and your families health. Always taking the concerns I have or health situation to the next level of care. Highly recommend Dr Cramer for your family care.
Last Thursday I went in for an office visit as my daughter had graciously shared the flu with me and led to a secondary infection that was like bronchitis. I saw Dr. Cramer expressed how much pain I was in from the coughing and flu like symptoms I just needed to get better before Saturdays Half marathon. He recommended not to run the half marathon and I took it day by day... by Saturday I was feeling much better and I ended up completing the 10k! by mile 4 I was really feeling winded but I made it to the finish line. I want to thank Dr. Cramer for stepping in as my primary Dr was out sick too, prescribing the right medication to conquer this infection and helping me cross the finish line! I really needed a (miracle) YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

My visit with Doctor Cramer was very good. The nurse was not very friendly. She brought in 2 shots the doctor ordered. One was my second shot for shingles and the other was supposed to be for pneumonia. She brought in a shingles and tetanus vaccine. I told her I didn’t think that was right, she assured me it was correct. I challenged her a couple of times with her insisting it was correct. I said you need to check with the doctor because the words you’re using he did not use. After checking with the doctor she came in with the correct shot. All she said was you were right. I also had to ask her to correct the form I had already signed indicating the wrong shot. Overall she gets very low marks from me.
Dr Cramer is a caring, knowledgeable and excellent doctor. He brings to bear expertise and humor in a gentle, engaged manner. He has seen our family through the pediatric, teenage and adult stages. By far the best doctor we've had! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

It’s so rare when you find a Doctor that actually listens to you and talks “to” you and not “at” you. This man said something early in our conversation that brought tears to my eyes. “You have me on your radar now” WOW!! I really believe he is the Doctor I’ve needed to find for the last several years. I just got out of the hospital from having my 4th PE and I knew I needed to find a new PCP because I felt that my previous PCP let me down. She should have done more testing when I went to her the month prior complaining that my breathing was not good. She knew I had 3 prior PE’s. Dr Cramer has some great ideas on how to move forward. I will be 63 this year and I plan to make it to 80. I really believe Dr Cramer will help me realize that dream.
Dr. Cramer repeatedly lied to my face instead of admitting he isn't experienced in treating my medical condition. Tried to talk me out of medically necessary medication I've been on for decades. Dr. Cramer refused to provide me with a referral to see a specialist.

During my first appointment with Dr. Randall Cramer, he repeatedly addressed me as "Germy" despite my correct name being Jeremy. Dr. Cramer made baseless claims about other doctors and pharmacies violating state regulations, which I refuted with supporting reference materials. However, Dr. Cramer ignored my messages on the patient portal for over three weeks. Dr. Cramer refused to acknowledge his mistakes.

Dr Cramer really cares. I don't think I ever had a Dr that I felt that comfortable with. I lost a friend last year ago in a motorcycle accident two days prior to my appointment. I'm not the healthiest man that's for sure. Between my health and loosing my friend I was overwhelmed. Twards the end of my appointment I felt completely drained and exhausted. I sat there with tears in my eyes looked up as he came over and gave me a hug and said it will be okay. God bless you and Thank You Dr Cramer.

Dr. Cramer was recommended by a co worker and I was impressed from my first visit. He takes the time to really listen, he looks at you when we’re talking instead of looking at his computer. I believe he goes above and beyond to try to help figure out what’s going on. If you’re looking for a new primary care provider go with Dr. Cramer.
I have had about 4 appointments, trying desperately to see why he was recommended or why he received such rave reviews, and that perhaps I was the one with the problem. Whether that be true or not I'll say if you are like me, he may not be a good fit. That being said, if you're not a good fit for HIM, he may make passive aggressive efforts to not treat you, by treating you poorly, make an effort to make you feel uncomfortable to see if you'll find someone else. I was asked 2-3 times why I came that far for treatment, he wasn't familiar with a diagnosis I'd received from a specialist - making it "interesting to (him), but bad for (me)", asking why I didn't just see someone closer to me, and named a few towns and said he didn't know any doctors there, $3,000 of bloodwork with a call from a medical assistant/nurse to tell me nothing is wrong and I could take a couple of supplements... Anyway, I'm not upset, I'm not even a complainer in general - it just kind of a waste of time.
I have been going to Dr. Cramer for a couple of years now. Always pleasant. He includes me in treatment plans. Very thorough. Has always spent the amount of time to discuss my needs.
I had been looking for a PCP since moving to KC, and Dr. Cramer was recommended to me by a friend. I was a little taken aback at our initial appointment when he essentially told me I was wrong about my own health history (none of which he’d requested or reviewed from my last doctor who is out of state). I was pretty clear about my decisions regarding certain medications, and even so it was urged at every visit following. When I finally gave in, he didn’t seem very concerned about the side effects and even encouraged me to increase the dosage, regardless of my concerns. His nurse has been increasingly rude, and recently invited me to find another doctor if I couldn’t make an appointment immediately. There’s one suggestion I plan on taking.
The staff is rude, and doesn’t seem to care about your overall health or concerns. Dr. Cramer himself is only interested in his ideal path for your healthcare and pain management, and is not open to your opinion.
Dr. Cramer is great! He took over my elderly dad's care, when I moved dad to KC to look after him. Dr. Cramer listens to dad, and has involved me in his care-giving, as dad has memory issues. He has been good to work with on all the nuances around this. It is apparent Dr. Cramer cares about dads physical and mental health, and doing all he is able to assist. A+.
The last time I was in Dr. Creamer’s office for a physical, after I left I called back two days later to follow up on medication and an x-ray. It turns out that he had not written any notes at all, ordered any x-rays, written any prescriptions, or anything else down in my chart from the visit for that matter (as if I had never been there that day). I’ve been going there for over a year and just finally got portal access and then had to request again to get my blood work results from my physical (which was four months ago). Worst GP I’ve ever seen and I will absolutely never go back to this “physician”. The phlebotomist was anything but nice or polite as well. Which is scary when they’re about to stick a needle in you. These are only some of the issues I’ve had with Dr. Cramer and that office (when I called in one time, the woman I spoke with told me that they somewhat frequently have patients walking out of their appointments crying and cursing due to the treatment from Dr. Cramer. I wish I could give it zero stars!

Dr. Cramer is a very special human being. I've had a lot of doctors in my life as I moved across the country and I've never met anyone quite like him. It shows in his almost exclusive 5-star reviews too. He makes you feel like you are the most important patient he has that day and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I've never once felt rushed coming or going. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and absolutely loves seeing people recover stronger than the were prior to getting sick. Does a great job also of recommending healthy lifestyles and natural solutions. He has many nurses but Kaitlin is the nurse I have the best relationship with and she too is incredibly special is so many ways. She wouldn't leave the office one night until I assured her I would be okay and head into the ER if things got worse. Those two changed my perspective and trust in family medicine and it doesn't hurt we don't live far away either. The facility is beautiful and kept very clean.

First time visit to Doctor Cramer. When I called for an appointment, he was initially booked but after listening to my symptoms, he made time for me that afternoon. Dr. Cramer was extremely patient, caring and attentive to my concerns. He took the time to figure out just how bad my illness was affecting me and my family. He said he didnt have a silver bullet to make me immediately better, I was really sick. But he did have the silver bullet, he saved my life......And with his valuable time to diagnose and the treatment, I am so much better.

Dr. Cramer is probably the best doctor in the Northland, if not all of Kansas City! I have 5 children, and one of them is always coming down with something. The office staff are so patient, take really good care of our family, and I always look forward to my visits there! Another thing is the waiting room. It’s comfortable, quiet, and I never spend more than 5-10 minutes waiting. I’ve been in other doctor waiting rooms where I sat for over 45 minutes. That’s never the case in this office! Once you’re in the patient room, the nurses are super friendly and happy to listen to any and all details you relate. Then Dr. Cramer is in to see you before you have to wait more than a minute or two. I’ve spent so much time in other doctor offices where you wait forever to actually be SEEN by a doctor, that it’s a relief not to feel like there must be hundreds of other rooms, all full of sick patients, that are waiting for the same doctor. He makes me feel like I’m his only patient. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Cramer more. He cares more about my health than I do, never asks me to repeat answers to questions that I just answered for his nurses, and is probably the smartest person I’ve ever met. If you don’t love your experience at your current physician, I recommend you give this office a try. You won’t regret it!

Dr Cramer is very professional and understanding. Super easy to get along with and talk to. He really cares for his patients and takes time to talk to them. I would Highly recommend him!

Sometimes the patient knows his/her body best. Listen to what they have to say. After month long chest pain, triggered by smoking/vaping I was assured it was my “anxiety” and it was “all in my head”. Is that supposed to be a joke? I then challenged his diagnosis the day of my follow up and smoked a 4th of a Cigarette and instantly began spitting up blood, followed by horrible chest pains. I then went to ER to find out I have severe chemical burns in my throat and chest from vaping. Talk about a waste of money. Great job dr
Both Dr Cramer & his nurse spent a good amount of time with me asking/answering ques, making suggestions & providing explanations. No wait in the lobby or exam room. A satisfying visit.

Dr Cramer is awesome. My boyfriend seen him as a new patient. He was very straightforward and very uplifting as well. Not like any other doctor who is like doom and gloom when it comes to diagnosis. Would recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for one.

I have had doctors that make me feel unheard, but Dr. Cramer is very good with making sure I know I am heard. The nurses are wonderful as well! I highly recommend Dr. Cramer and his staff.

My 17 year old transitioned from Pediatric Doctor to Dr. Cramer today. Extremely pleased with our appointment today. Dr. Cramer sought multiple ways to engage with my son. You know teenage boys not always full of words until you hit the right topic. For a first visit established strong rapport. My son afterwords said I like him when normal response is I don't know to just about everything.
Doctor Cramer and the nurses genuinely care about your health and overall well being. They are all so kind. The office and rooms are spotless. I can't say enough good things about this office and their staff!
Dr Cramer is absolutely fantastic. He was extremely friendly, thorough and took his time to talk to me. I didn't feel rushed or like another number with him. I am so thankful to have found a Dr in the area that I feel comfortable taking my entire family to. He's extremely knowledgeable and listens so well, he really gets to know you and the bottom of whatever situation brings you in. Hands down the best Dr I've had.

There are a lot of Dr's. in the marketplace these days. But there are very few to have the bedside manner that Randall Cramer has. He informs you of your condition and discuss plans of action. He doesn't preach or belittle the patient. There is no God complex here, just a family friend who happens to be your Doctor. He is a rare gem, probably why I followed him from another provider network to Meritas. His staff is equally proficient and friendly. Good group of professionals!

He not only listens to me, but asks questions that may lead into other issues...thus the thorough part. He does not leave the room until he knows that he has answered all your questions & concerns. It’s my first time visiting this office and picking Dr Camer was the best decision. He was really sweet and really genuine. When speaking about my condition, he was very knowledgeable and helped me understand it more. It made me feel better about it by the end of speaking to him. He has a great smile and great personality. Definitely will be going back to him again. Even though it was the first visit, it was the most comfortable I felt with a doctor.
Dr. Cramer is an excellent communicator. Expresses medical conditions thoroughly and completely along with offering treatment alternatives. And, as effective as he is at expressing himself, he is an even better listener. Superlative personality, completely competent. Nursing staff and office staff are absolutely wonderful..
