Dr Guidos is a fantastic neurologist. He actually worked out a plan and prescribed medication that has made my seizures stop. I'm saddened to hear that he is leaving to move out of town. I give him the highest grade possible for a great physician who is very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate, with a wonderful bedside manner. He will be missed.

Once again I don't get any help from my Dr's experience. You had mentioned that you don't follow up on stomach issues. I thought you were a nerve Dr. It is my nerves working it's way across my stomach and moving up from my groin area. Even if you don't handle Buprenorphine, isn't there something else to give me for this awful pain? The house Dr did not prescribed those to me. I figured you can't help me I knew that before meeting you. And all of the mri's I had in the past wrote a script for I think Ativan even though I was taking Klonopin. I guess I don't understand why you wouldn't. Is there a reason why you only give me 1 refill of Gabapentin cream at a time and not 3 like you used to?
Had a flare 3 or 4 months ago. Dr Guido's upped my dosage and I think it is having a positive effect. Hope it keeps up. Thank you Dr. Guido's.

Dr Guidos, his staff, and his fellow doctors in this practice have all provided my husband with exceptional care. My husband was admitted into North Kansas City Hospital and we had neurologist in the same practice as Dr Guidos meeting with us throughout the stay. They took care to read the chart and follow what Dr Guidos had been doing in treating and diagnosing my husband. We received a call from Dr Guidos’ office the morning after we discharged and a follow up appointment was scheduled within the week. They provide support to me as well as such great care for my husband.

Very nice Doctor. Took the time to hear my complaints/ issues. Didn't come off that he was trying to rush me in and out. He spent the necessary time to lay out his thoughts and included me in looking at options and testing. Very happy with his professionalism and bed side manner.

Dr. Guidos was kind, caring, and put my mind at ease during my appointment. As a previous nurse myself, I found him very thorough and he took his time researching my medical history, explaining everything as our exam progressed. He explained treatment options and included my opinion and feelings re: treatment plan. I found him, and his nurse who checked me in very professional and friendly. That’s a hard thing to find these days with the strain Covid has had on our medical community. I feel blessed to have found him, and confident in his care. Worst experience I've had in a long time. Poor bedside manner. Didn't bother to conduct basic, standard, every-visit tests. Dismissive about medications a senior neurologist had prescribed and have been working well for years while admitting to having no direct experience with that medication. Do not recommend. Seriously. Go somewhere else, especially for MS.
He is great. I only wish the office would be in better contact with patients, as, in my experience, it appears they have trouble accessing medical history records.
Even though I’m a little older than him I can say he is a good doctor. He actually recommended vitamins to help with my headache and I can truly say since I have been taking them everyday it’s no so frequent. I have had 1 every 3 months and I’d rather have than almost daily.

He does not listen to his patient! He needs to listen so, that he can understand what the person is going through and try to help his patients! If he or his family was going through what I am then I bet he would listen to them and try to help! I have always had great Doctors here however, he is changing my mind. Very disappointed!
