Outside of the clinic, I enjoy DIY projects, especially furniture restoration and repurposing, yardwork as well as spending time with my family and daughter and supporting them in their various activities.

I believe in empowering patients through education and collaboration to achieve their optimal health goals.
My focus is on listening and providing evidence-based up-to-date medical recommendations that maximize health and align with each person’s individual goals, then proceeding with a treatment plan that each individual feels comfortable with and prepared to initiate. 

Areas of Interest

Preventative care and evidence-based medicine for the whole family unit. I have a special interest in pediatrics and have a background in pediatric critical care and emergency medicine. I enjoy treating whole family units and have been a practicing provider for over 15 years. I am passionate about promoting women's health and treating chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, weight management and hyperlipidemia.
