Kristi Cook, PA-C

I grew up in a small rural town in northeastern Colorado before attending Kansas State University for my undergraduate studies. I then earned my Master’s degree in Physician Associate Studies from Wichita State University. Following graduation, I completed a year-long OB/GYN fellowship in San Bernardino, California before returning to the Midwest to continue my career in patient care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, family, and friends.

I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their health concerns openly. My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care while supporting and educating patients throughout their healthcare journey.
