Ms. Long is a capable nurse practioner in Dr. Reintjes practice. She is knowledgeable and a good listener. I was kept waiting for 50 minutes on a second follow up appointment. The actual time I spent with Ms. Long Was 10 minutes. I felt the appointment was a waste of time, and co-pay, and could have been better served by a quick questionnaire as to any concerns I might have.
The Dr and nurse were very helpful. Dr. answered all my questions before I even asked them

Karen Long did not keep me waiting (that's a plus); She did not appear rushed, but sat down and genuinely listened to what I was dealing with. She patiently walked me through the MRI results. She took the time to let me process and ask questions. When all that was done, she laid out a very satisfactory plan of action. I felt like a person, not an appointment.

Wonderful news all going well 1 year later I. I was given information to follow up in the future if needed. Some advice for a couple of current concerns.
