This was my second appointment with Ms.Long. She is generous with her time responding to my questions and concerns. And, she is quite knowledgeable and easy to understand in explaining issues related to my health and recovery.

Dr. Karen showed me place in my Spine where I was exactly hurting and couldn't bend , then there another place that might be a problem too. She was nice and kind and very helpful to help me with everything. Thank you Karen .

I do not feel i was listened to at all, she came in made the same recommendations she had already given 10x that day and moved along! Ill wait it out to see Dr Reitjes next time, not wasting my time going to see her, ever again! This is after ariving in my room approx 30 mins after my appt time.

Karen Long did not keep me waiting (that's a plus); She did not appear rushed, but sat down and genuinely listened to what I was dealing with. She patiently walked me through the MRI results. She took the time to let me process and ask questions. When all that was done, she laid out a very satisfactory plan of action. I felt like a person, not an appointment.
