She was excellent
Ms. Long is a capable nurse practioner in Dr. Reintjes practice. She is knowledgeable and a good listener. I was kept waiting for 50 minutes on a second follow up appointment. The actual time I spent with Ms. Long Was 10 minutes. I felt the appointment was a waste of time, and co-pay, and could have been better served by a quick questionnaire as to any concerns I might have.
The Dr and nurse were very helpful. Dr. answered all my questions before I even asked them
Karen is always very attentive, listens to what I have to say, asks questions to confirm her understanding...I have the utmost confidence in her and her abilities to diagnose and treat my issues...

Karen Long did not keep me waiting (that's a plus); She did not appear rushed, but sat down and genuinely listened to what I was dealing with. She patiently walked me through the MRI results. She took the time to let me process and ask questions. When all that was done, she laid out a very satisfactory plan of action. I felt like a person, not an appointment.

Karen has been the only one to actually explain to me my condition and show me on the scans of what it looks like. It made better sense. She was very caring and informative.
