I met with Janet James for my regular diabetes check up and she was very thorough and covered quite a bit of ground with me answered all of my questions and offered me suggestions and information.I can highly recommend her to help you with your diabetes care.
I like how the office personnel always greets me when I walk in and they are always friendly and courteous. Janet has been very helpful and encouraging getting my type 2 diabetes under control! She listens to my questions plus ask me a lot of questions to know what is going on with me! I have and will continue to recommend people to this office.

Arrived there 20 minutes early and got right in. Explained the issue with the med that I had not been able to obtain for the last month and prescribed a different one in lieu of it. Very professional and caring, pleasant.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ENDOCRINOLOGIST AND NURSE PRACTITIONER!! DO NOT COME HERE!! Janet was in such a hurry when I came in for a scheduled appointment (it was a reschedule by THIS office), that she forgot to order an important test. One that could provide all the answers to my issue. I was sent a message through the portal saying to come back to the office to get the orders, so I did. I went to the lower level (because this office no longer has a lab) with +2 orders and was told by the technician, they didn't have the third (although the receptionist told me I had all the orders). I did get two labs drawn but had to come back upstairs to THIS office and they told me I would have to come back three days from now to get the third. By far, NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS PRACTICE, has messed something up. There are also constant reschedules. If an ENDOCRINOLOGIST wasn't so hard to get into, I would go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Janet James was wonderful as always. Unfortunately the women from quest stuck me 3 times leaving multiple bruises on my hand and arm. I asked her to use my left arm and a small needle, which she totally ignored. This is unacceptable!!!!!

yes but not her Dr. Not sure how you have one without the other. But Janet listens and shows concern and caring. I hesitate to say it hoping her dr partner doesn't take offense, but feel the dr is beyond that.
