I needed to find an endocrinologist for my condition, Tricare referred me to another doctor, but I could only see the doctor at the end of October 2024! I didn't want to wait that long so I called back Tricare and asked for other options. The office of Dr Webb worked really hard to get my files and got me an appointment within 2 weeks! I was really happy and relieved. This was my first appointment with Dr Charla Webb. She is very competent, compassionate and thorough. She is a great endocrinologist and she is efficient. The clinic is easy to find, very clean space and all of the staff is great. I strongly recommend her.

I waited a month to get an endocrinology appointment with Charla Webb after I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It was an unfortunate experience. She was arrogant, dismissive and her overall demeanor unprofessional. She didn’t really address my concerns or my questions other than set up another blood test and schedule a sonogram. Those couple of things are relatively easy to do versus the hard work of listening and analyzing the information from my point of view. If you’re looking for an endocrinologist, I would look elsewhere.
