Super fast services I was seen by the doctor, vaccinated and blood drawn in house in under an hour! Despite the speed I felt they took their time listening to me and any concerns I had. Same day pap smears offered. I recommend to all my friends :)

I did not like this doctor at all- didn’t seem compassionate. She overcharges and is not even a specialist. The bill was $300 for nothing but a talk! No labs or anything else was done for that amount. The lab bill came later. Go somewhere else.
I have been seeing Dr. Ginter for almost 3 years. She is very responsive to any questions or needs I might have. I feel very comfortable seeing her. I don’t see any reason to ever change.

I am new to the Kansas City area and looking to reestablish medical care. Dr. Ginter was attentive, kind, and easy to talk. I felt heard. She took immediate action to investigate my concerns further. The clinic I visited had a lab and xray facility included making it very easy and convenient to get much of my follow up taken care of right away. The office staff was very friendly and kind. I arrived early and barely had time to sit down before being called to go back. I have scheduled an additional appointment to get my wellness exams done. I'm happy with my care here.

I was made to feel like a “problem child” patient. Dr. Ginter took her time with me but it also felt rushed. I felt like her and another person really didn’t want me there since I wasn’t establishing her as my PCP but just wanted to address some issues. I understand that it’s busy this time of year, but I felt really uncomfortable. EDIT: She claimed I would get a call about an x-ray she insisted I do within a day or two; I had to call them myself after a week of silence. Turns out she'd never communicated anything to her team, they thought I was getting x-rayed for a fracture when it was actually for carpal tunnel. Also turns out that an x-ray wasn't even the correct course of action for my symptoms I had communicated to her. She really just threw unrelated, fabricated "solutions" at me until I left. The most help I received was from the radiographer in the same building.
My first visit with Dr. Ginter went very well. She addressed the issues that I had and explained the treat ment that she was going to prescribe. I will follow up with her in a week.

Dr. Ginter was very straight forward and listened to my concerns. I have horrible medical anxiety and she made me feel comfortable. I will most definitely be returning to her for my care and will be recommending her!
Went in for issues with fatigue, was asked a few basic questions then charged $350. Was then sent to do an at home sleep study and charged $800 without warning. Then didn’t end up having sleep apnea and was told Dr Ginter would be in touch about what to do next and never heard from anyone.

When our regular doc was out of the office, Dr. Ginter saw my husband, who was having respiratory issues. Dr. Ginter carefully reviewed his record and knew what had been going on previously. She took the time to listen and clarify what was going on now to devise a treatment plan. Very kind and personable. If I were looking for a new doctor I would definitely go to her!
I can't give it 0 stars or I would. I had a biopsy done and Dr. Ginter put on her gloves, then proceeded to pull up her sleeves, took off her jacket, opened the cabinet doors and GRABBED THE BIOHARAZARD TRASHCAN while still having the same gloves on. Then proceeded to do my biopsy. She didn't even know what to do with the paper the sterile instruments came in. She seems very distracted and doesn't seem to stay on task. I would advise anyone going to her.

Just moved and needed a new Family Practice Dr, I chose for the location and was pleasantly surprised to have found Dr.Ginter, she was very thorough asking all the right questions, I have many health issues and I believe I will begin my new health journey with her at the wheel steering me to the correct care.
The gal with Quest was quiet but nice. However, the RN that was working Dr. Ginter that day was extremely rude and not friendly. It seemed like doing her job was an inconvenience. She didn't want to take the time to explain what test they were going to be running and just hand me the papers.
Dr. Ginter is a great doctor. She’s very thorough when diagnosing issues, seeks your input as a patient, and detailed in her explanations and expectations. In addition, she and her staff are very responsive when it comes to providing answers to questions and call backs.
With the holiday weekend approaching she made sure that all symptoms were covered because it’s thanksgiving today and if she had not done the 2 antibotics I would have been spending this day at hospital.. to me that means that she cares for her patients and wants to make sure they get well.. god bless her healing hands
