I am currently a patient of Dr. Brown, and have been for approximately 2 years. I recently had a small issue with a refill date, and I was incredibly impressed by how this was resolved. First, the front desk receptionist, she didn’t send me straight to voicemail, she actually got my nurse on the line. Keep in mind, this was the Friday before the big snow storm. I could hear in her voice she was probably a bit overwhelmed, stressed, she was clearly busy. However, my nurse listened! She said she would talk with the doctor. I specifically told to her to wait on calling me back, since this wasn’t an emergency, and I still had a week before my refill. To my surprise, not long after, my phone rang. My nurse had taken care of the situation, by speaking to Dr. Brown, he told her to do what needed to be done, and the call back was informing me of them fixing the small issue, and she took it upon herself to do all of this, even though I said it was fine to wait. When I was thanking her for the quick turnaround, She giggled and said, “just doing my job”, well, to me, she went above and beyond just doing her “job”. The entire experience speaks volumes of this office, staff, etc. Thank you for treating me like a priority, not a burden on your busy schedule. ⭐️5 star plus!
After my heart scan, had my follow up with Dr. Brown, he took his time and explained the results and his recommendations. And took the time to explain how the medicine works and what it does.
Maribel is awesome! I have never walked away from having blood drawn without pain or bruise the next day. She listened to where the best place to draw blood. That is very important to me. Dr. Brown "bedside manner" is firm but gentle . This is appreciated

Downside of visit was the wait time my appointment was at 9am Dr didn't see me until 9:45 said it was because they are a small rural clinic and I was lucky to get a new patient appointment so quick( appointment was made a week ago).point is don't overbook patients. He will get openly antagonistic if you try to take any agency in your health while using the very basics of web md for any diagnosis. I have lived all across the country and have never seen a doctor with worse bed side manner. Smug with zero right to be. You will wait 45 minutes after your appointment time for a 5 minute “assessment” where he recommends things like acupuncture. I cannot recommend against this man enough. What you see on the outside is exactly what you get from him.

Took the time to review everything, good bedside manner, thorough, even went as far to ensure I was getting best price in Good RX, who does that! Got my referral to a specialist done and I received a call in one day, when my other doctors took 45-60 days. Front end staff was very friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of, what a relief! You don’t find doctors with staff who handle their business seamlessly like this with pride anymore!!! HIGHLY recommend, without reservation.

This doctor was so rude, aggressive, and sexist towards my wife that she can no longer see male practitioners. I advise all men to accompany their spouse for physicals/visits with Dr. Brown.
I had come in due to severe lower abdominal pain a couple of days earlier. Although the resolution was not something his office could heal, he immediately recognized I needed quick results and put together a team of doctor's and services so I could get the care I needed. He didn't "try" to find the solution, he made sure the exact care needed was made available to me quickly.

I needed a last minute appointment and their office staff was able to work me in the same day even though I had never been to the clinic before.
He was very brief with me. He assumed I was healthy(diet and exercise) because of my age. He did not spend time to get to know me or my issues. He just ran down the list of “protocols” and I was out the door. He didn’t want to do any lab work on me even though I was there for a physical so I had to request it. He was nice but I didn’t come for his personality but for his knowledge and how he can help me in achieving a healthy lifestyle and to help me be healthy.
If you are a women, I would not go to him. My daughter tried to tell him about her heavy, very painful periods and all he said was that he was sorry they were like that. We got a second opinion and found out she has a large cist on one of her ovaries that needs monitoring. He hurries through patients and really doesn't seem to care.
Dr. Brown hey a great doctor. He takes the time to hear what you have to say. He is very honest and upfront with how he explains things to you .I have been a under his care for a few yrs now and he has all ways taken care of me. I have high blood press. and stage 2 diabetic. He helps me keep close eyes on my health and keeps me under control .
Dr. Brown had never seen me, but seemed to have a pre-diagnosis of my issues and needs before we spoke. A referral from another physician asked for specific lab tests, Dr. Brown responded "If I insist", but then did not order all labs as requested. Throughout, Brown focused on Sleep Apnea and urged that I be tested for CPAP relief. A disappointment, I expected better.
Have been seeing Dr. Brown for awhile and can also rely on him to get in when I need it. Happy to write a review about him and reccomend him to my friends. Glad he moved closer to my family in Parkville

An awful and uncaring doctor. Refused to help a life threatening situation. Wife came for a physical and to refill a medication she had been prescribed by her last doctor. He refused to do so even after calling prior doctor's office, accused my wife of seeking medication (but prescription shows she's been taking LESS than the allowed dosage, so he can't do basic math), gave nothing in the way of referrals or help. Was insulting and threw her out of his office. Never even gave the physical!
